Dates: Friday 9/27/24 – Sunday 9/29/24.
(Required hours of operation: 11:00am-6:00pm).
Details regarding load-in dates, times and rentals will be included in the exhibitors’ packet.

ICS to Provide:
● 100’ square feet of event space*. THIS IS FOR SPACE ONLY – (no tent or tables/chairs provided; power not included)
● Logo inclusion on EatGreatChili event website
● Onsite 24-hour Security
Exhibitor to Provide:
● Manpower necessary to activate event space
● Signage/marketing materials for your brand
● Promotion
● If Sampling or selling products:
o ALL items necessary to sample your product including but not limited to; (toothpicks, ramekins, napkins, chafing
dishes, crackers etc.)
o Proper permitting and procedures for food service and handling.
o Payment of sales tax due to City of Myrtle Beach, Horry County and the State of South Carolina
