AmeriGas Show Us Your Skills! Forklift Photo Contest Official Rules 

AmeriGas Propane, L.P. is awarding one prize package consisting of (1) GoPro Hero Session with headstrap ("The Prize"). These rules apply to the Show Us Your Skills! Forklift Photo Contest being conducted by AmeriGas Propane, L.P., PO Box 965, Valley Forge, PA 19482. Who Can Enter? Contest is open to U.S. citizens or legal residents, age 18 or older. Only one entry per email will be accepted. Employees (including, but not limited to consultants, independent contractors, and interns) of AmeriGas, or its subsidiaries and members of their Households are not eligible to participate. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. To enter, visit http://woobox.com/ccqzmv?web=1 and completely fill in required entry information. Contest Dates: The contest begins on June 15, 2016. All eligible entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on July 15, 2016. Prizes: The winner will be determined by a random drawing to be held on July 2016 of all eligible entries. The winner will be notified within 24 hours of the prize drawing (on or about July 16, 2016). Winners will be required to respond to the email or phone call to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained within 4 calendar days of Notification, a new winner will be chosen. AmeriGas is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, mutilated, or misdirected mail. Odds of Winning: Only one Prize will be awarded. Each entrant's odds of winning depends on the number of entries received. Limits of Liability: AmeriGas has no responsibility whatsoever for, and the winner agrees to release and hold harmless AmeriGas, their subsidiaries, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents (collectively "Released Parties") from, injuries, losses, damages or other liability of any kind that may arise from participation in the contest or from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Winner's Responsibilities: The approximate retail value of the Prize is $200.00. The prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable Federal, state, and local taxes, and for any expenses associated with receipt or use of the prize. Publicity: The winner grants their consent and authorizes AmeriGas to use anywhere in the world and in all forms and media existing now or in the future, their name, photographic likeness, city and state of residence, and a quote provided by the winner for advertising, trade, in promotional materials, on a winner's list, and for any other lawful purposes without further compensation. Official Rules: All federal, state or local income or other taxes, are the responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. All materials submitted become the sole property of AmeriGas and will not be returned. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. If, in AmeriGas' opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, AmeriGas reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the sweepstakes, or to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all transactions and write-in entries received as of the termination date.
