2016 OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

ELIGIBILITY: The Keesler Federal Credit Union 12 Days of Giveaways Contest is open to legal United States residents eighteen years of age or older. Employees, officials and immediate family (living in your household) are not eligible to participate in the contest. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 

DURATION: Contest begins at 8:01 a.m. CST on Monday, December 12, 2016, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on Thursday, December 22, 2016. 

HOW TO ENTER: Contestants enter the contest by filling out the online form on the contest page. Persons may also enter by printing name, address and phone number on a 3x5 card and mailing it to 12 Days of Giveaways Contest, KFCU Marketing Dept., P.O. Box 7001, Biloxi, MS. 39534-7001. One entry per eligible entrant is allowed. Incomplete and duplicate entries will be disqualified. All must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. December 22, 2016, to be entered into the Grand Prize drawing held on December 23, 2016. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

PRIZES: 11 – $25 Gift Cards (one winner selected daily) and 1 Grand Prize - $200 Gift Card (all entries eligible to win) 

SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries to be held daily from December 12 thru December 23 at the Seaway Road Administration Office. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible and timely entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and email each business day, and if they are a weekend winner, they will be notified the next business day. The Grand Prize Winner will be selected from a random drawing of all contest entries on Wednesday, December 23, 2016. Winner must speak to a credit union representative to confirm phone and email address within 24 hours of notification. KFCU is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. By accepting and using the prize, Winners agree to the use of their names, voices, or likenesses in any medium without further compensation. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, is ineligible, or fails to claim Prizes or a component thereof, Prizes will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

CONDITIONS: By entering and accepting Prizes, entrants, participants, and winners agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the KFCU which shall be final. Participants agree that KFCU is not responsible for and shall not be liable for (1) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or postage-due entries; (2) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, the Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (3) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (4) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (5) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (6) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to release and hold KFCU and the employees, officers, directors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or appointed arbitrator, such determination shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein. 

WINNER LIST: To obtain the name of the Contest Winners, send an e-mail message to sharon.keller@kfcu.org requesting the Winners for Contest, or send a request along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Keesler Federal Credit Union, Marketing Department, 12 Days of Giveaways Contest, 2016, P.O. Box 7001, Biloxi, MS 39534-7001. Requests must be received by 30 days after the end date.

NOTE: Keesler Federal Credit Union will donate $1 (One Dollar) to the R.O.C.K. Foundation and the Salvation Army for every contest entry up to $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) each.
