RULES AND REGULATIONS
Contest “CORA ALL SUMMER”
ORGANIZERS
1.The contest (this “Contest”) is held by Franchises Cora Inc. (the “Contest Organizers”).
PERIOD
2.The Contest begins on a contest app on July 1, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. (ET) and ends on September 8,2021 at 09:00 a.m. (ET) (the “Contest Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
3.The Contest is open to Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their respectiveprovince. Excluded are: employees, agents and representatives of the Contest Organizers, of Corarestaurants, of companies, corporations, trusts, and other legal entities controlled by or related tothe above, their advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and servicesrelated to this Contest, as well as their immediate family (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother),their legal or common-law spouse, as well as any person domiciled with these employees, agents,and representatives.

4.No purchase is necessary to participate in the Contest.
5.To enter proceed as follows:
a.Visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/corarestaurants or our websitewww.chezcora.com;
b.Click on the Contest button to access the electronic entry form (the “Entry Form”);
c.complete the Entry Form (you have to vote for your favourite place and share your emailaddress;
d.if you wish, share the contest to get one bonus entry;
e.if you wish, check the box “I want to subscribe to the free newsletter Cora’s Enthusiasts”to sign up for Cora’s newsletter;
f.click “like” if you wish to follow the Facebook or Instagram CORA RESTAURANTS page;
g.check the “I HAVE READ THE CONTEST RULES AND AGREE TO THE TERMS ANDCONDITIONS” box (the rules are accessible through a hyperlink);
h.click on “SUBMIT” to submit your entry form and you will automatically receive an entryfor the Contest.
LIMITS
6.Entrants must comply with the following conditions, failing which they will be disqualified:
a.One (1) entry per email addresses per weekly themed contest;
b.One (1) entry per email address between September 1, 2021 at 10:00a.m. (ET) andSeptember 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) for the grand prize.
PRIZES
7.There are 9 prize of a value of $50 each and one grand prize of a value of $250.
8.Each prize will be given in the form of Cora gift cards.
9.The following terms and conditions apply to use of certificates:
a.The gift cards can be used up to their total value to pay for your purchases at allparticipating CORA restaurants;
b.The cards are in Canadian currency, and only redeemable upon the purchase of taxablegoods and services, cannot be converted into cash, non-refundable subject to applicablelaws;
c.Neither FRANCHISES CORA INC./THE CORA FRANCHISE GROUP INC nor any Corafranchisee can be held responsible for replacing or otherwise honoring destroyed, lost orstolen gift cards;
d.The above Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time by FRANCHISES CORAINC./THE CORA FRANCHISE GROUP INC.
DRAW
10.From July 7, 2021 to September 1, 2021, inclusively, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) every Wednesday, one winner(9 in total) will be randomly drawn from among all valid entries made for the weekly themed contestthat just ended. The odds that the entry of a given participant will be drawn depend on the numberof valid entries submitted during week that just ended.
11.On September 8, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. (ET), one winner will be randomly drawn from among all validentries made during the Contest Period. The odds that the entry of a given participant will be drawndepend on the number of valid entries submitted during the Contest Period.
12.The draws will be held at the Ste-Thérèse office of the Contest Organizers.
AWARDING OF PRIZES
13.To be declared a winner, any selected participant must be reached by email within ten (10) days ofthe draw. In the event that a selected participant is reached by email, he/she must reply inaccordance with the instructions presented therein if applicable, including confirming his/heridentity, age and residence as well as correctly answering a mathematical skill-testing question. Anyprize notification email followed by a reply stating that the message could not be delivered will leadto the disqualification of the participant. Each prize will be sent to the winner by regular mail, courierservice or in any other manner agreed to with the winner.
14.Should a selected participant fail to comply with any of the conditions mentioned in these Rules andRegulations or to accept their prize, they will be disqualified. In such an event, the Contest Organizersmay, at their sole discretion, either cancel the prize or hold a new draw until a participant is officiallydeclared a winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
15.Verification. Any participation method, including by ballots when used, is subject to verification bythe Contest Organizers and may be rejected (and will not entitle the participant, as applicable, toany entry or prize) if it is, as the case may be, found to be incomplete, illegible, mutilated, fraudulent,submitted, received or transmitted late, bearing false information, or being otherwise non-compliant.
16.Disqualification. The Contest Organizers reserve the right to disqualify any person or cancel one ormore entries of a participant if the latter enters or attempts to enter this contest by means contraryto these contest rules or unfair to other entrants (e.g., submitting entries beyond the authorizedlimit). Such persons may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
17.Operation of the contest. Any attempt aiming to deliberately disrupt or sabotage the legitimateoperation of the contest represents a breach of civil and criminal laws. Should such attempts be carried out, the Contest Organizers reserves the right to reject the entries of the participant and to seek remedy as provided by law.
18.Acceptance of prize. Prizes must be accepted as described in these contest rules and may not be, asa whole or in part, transferred to another person, substituted for another prize or exchanged forcash, except as per the provisions of the paragraph below.
19.Substitution of prize. In the event that it would become impossible, difficult and/or more expensivefor the Contest Organizers to award the prize as described herein, they reserve the right to award aprize of same nature and equivalent value or, at their sole discretion, the value of the prize statedherein in cash.
20.Limitation of liability: Use of prize. By entering this Contest, all participants selected for the awardingof a prize release the Contest Organizers, Franchises Cora Inc., as well as any company, corporation,trust or other legal entities controlled by or related to the above, their advertising and promotionalagencies, employees, agents and representatives (the “Releasees”) from any and all liabilitypertaining to damage that they may incur as a result of the acceptance of their prize.
21.Facebook platform. This Contest is not managed or sponsored by Facebook. Any question, commentor complaint regarding the Contest must be directed to the Contest Organizers and not to Facebook.Facebook and all its affiliates, directors, officers, agents and employees are not liable for any claimsarising out of or in connection with the organization of this Contest. However, by participating in thisContest, each participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of use, contracts, otherpolicies and/or guidelines governing the Facebook platform and releases the Contest Organizers, anycompany, corporation, trust or other legal entity controlled by or affiliated with them, theiradvertising and promotional agencies, their employees, agents and representatives from and againstany damage that could arise from the use of this platform.
22.Operation of the website. The Contest Organizers do not guarantee in any way that the Contestwebsite will be accessible or functional without interruption for the contest period, or that it will befree from any errors.
23.Limitation of liability: Operation of the contest. The Releasees may not be held liable in any way forany malfunction of any computer component, software or communications line, relative to the lossor absence of network communications or relative to any failed, incomplete, incomprehensible orerased transmissions from any computer or network which could limit or prevent any participantfrom entering the contest. The Releasees may not be held liable either for any damage or loss thatcould arise, directly or indirectly, in part or as a whole, from the downloading of any web page orsoftware, and by the transmission of any information to enter the contest.
24.Modifications to the contest. Subject to approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux duQuébec, if required, the Contest Organizers reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel,terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, as a whole or in part, if any event or human interventionoccurs that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the contestas set forth in these rules and regulations.
25.End of contest entry. In the event that Contest entry should be terminated in part or as a wholebefore the contest closing date set forth in these rules, the draw may be held, at the discretion ofthe Contest Organizers, from among the entries duly registered during the Contest or, as applies,until the date of the event which caused the termination of entry in the Contest.
26.Prize limits. In any given case, the Contest Organizers shall not be required to award more prizesthan indicated herein or to award prizes other than in compliance with these contest Rules andRegulations.
27.Authorization. By entering this contest, any participant, including one selected for a prize, authorizesthe Contest Organizers and their representatives to use, if required, their name, photograph, likeness, voice, place of residence and/or any statement about the prize for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.
28.Contact with entrants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with theparticipants as part of this Contest, except as provided in these Rules and Regulations or at theinitiative of the Contest Organizers.
29.Privacy. The personal information gathered about the participants as part of this contest will only beused for contest administration purposes. No communication unrelated to this contest, commercialor otherwise, will be sent to the participants, unless they have otherwise agreed thereto, includingby checking the applicable box on the electronic entry.
30.Ownership. Participation ballots and declaration forms are the property of the Contest Organizersand will not under any circumstances be returned to participants.
31.Identification of participant. For the purpose of these Rules and Regulations, the participant is theperson whose name appears on the participation ballot or any other form of specific identifier. It isto this person that the prize will be awarded if they are declared a winner.
32.Decisions of the Contest Organizers. All decisions of the Contest Organizers or their representativespertaining to this Contest are final and binding, subject to any decisions by the Régie des alcools, descourses et des jeux du Québec in relation to matters under its jurisdiction.
33.Disputes. For Quebec residents, any litigation with respect to the conduct or organization of apublicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for aruling. Any litigation with respect to the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie desalcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec only for the purpose of helping the parties reach asettlement.
34.Divisibility of paragraphs. Should a paragraph of these rules be declared or deemed illegal,unenforceable or void by a competent authority, such a paragraph will be considered void, but allother paragraphs untouched will be applied within the extent of the law.
35.Language. In the event of discrepancies between the French and English versions of these rules, theFrench version will prevail.
