Sweepstakes runs on http://www.facebook.com/ThymesFragrances from 6:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 8/20/2018 to 11:59 PM CT on 8/27/2018 (“Promotion Period”).
Open to all persons currently residing in the United States, who are legal residents the United States and who have reached the age of majority in the state in which they reside. Employees of Thymes, LLC (“Thymes”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives and agents, including any promotional or marketing agencies, and its and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Grand Prize:
ONE (1) winner will receive the entire Forest Collection (One of each available product: Forest Maple Candle, Forest Birch Candle, Forest Cedar Candle) The grand prize winners will be announced the week of August 27, 2018.
The drawn winner will be notified by email. Winner will have up to seven (7) business days following such notification to contact Thymes in order to complete the winner verification process.
Prizes will be shipped to each of the ONE (1) randomly selected entrants, to the address provided by email, within 14 business days of the winner selection and verification process. Thymes will not ship to PO Boxes and will not be responsible for any prize returned as undeliverable and will not replace any prize that is lost or stolen. Any prize not claimed or returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate entrant to be randomly selected from remaining eligible entries.
Any selected entrant who is not eligible or who otherwise fails to comply with these Rules will be disqualified. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding a prize.

Random drawings will be conducted to award all Prizes from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Your participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your consent for Thymes and the Administrator to use your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prizes referred to above, unless you have opted to receive email communications from Sponsor. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Thymes, Facebook, Woobox and the Administrator and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from all and any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising out of or relating to any prize won in this Sweepstakes, even if caused by the negligence of Thymes. Thymes is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for transactions that are lost or fail to enter the processing system, are processed, reported, or transmitted late, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper, or any other malfunction including human error. Subject to applicable law, Thymes, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice if fraud or technical failures (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of Thymes and/or the Administrator) or any other reasons whatsoever which interfere with its conduct as contemplated by these Rules. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason before completion of the Promotion Period, all valid entries received up to the point of termination will be included in a random drawing to award the prizes. Submitted materials become the sole property of Thymes and will not be returned. By entering, you accept and agree to these Rules and the decisions of Thymes and/or the Administrator which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes.

Please note you MUST be an U.S. resident to win. Our team will be sure to enter your email address in the drawing. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE ENTRY SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THYMES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Force Majeure: The failure of Thymes and/or the Administrator to comply with any provision of these Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, labor disruption or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Rules.
