1.        The On the Beach Prize is non transferable and no cash equivalent will be given.

 1.2     The Winners must redeem the On the Beach Prize over the telephone via On the Beach’s Contact Centre. The Prize must be redeemed by the Winner and booked for travel before 30^th September 2018.

1.3   In redeeming the On the Beach Prize, the Winner acknowledges and accepts that:

1.3.1         On the Beach acts as agent only when making any bookings;

1.3.2         The Winners will contract directly with third party travel suppliers (airline, hotel etc. making up the elements of their chosen holiday;

1.3.3         On the Beach accepts no liability for the acts/omissions of the third party travel suppliers; and

1.3.4         On the Beach is not a tour operator so does not arrange nor combine travel products. The Prize, therefore, does not constitute a ‘package holiday’ for the purposes of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. The Winner accepts that they are afforded no rights under these regulations.

1.4    In redeeming the On the Beach Prize, the Winner acknowledges and accepts that:

1.5             All bookings relating to the On the Beach Prize are made are subject to On the Beach’s own Terms of Business, and the terms and conditions of the third party travel suppliers.  

• The On the Beach Prize DOES NOT include travel insurance, cost to reserve seats, meals and drinks other than those included in the all inclusive offering, travel to or from UK departure airport, UK airport parking, spending money, activities for which a fee is payable and any other holiday expenditure. Any such costs are the responsibility of the Winner and/or their travelling party.
• Insofar as is permitted by law, On the Beach, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of On the Beach, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
• On the Beach is not liable for any additional costs incurred by any Winner in the redemption of the Prize.
• On the Beach is not liable for any other matter outside of their reasonable control which prevents them from providing the Prize. Such matters include but are not limited to the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, fire or flood, riot, legal restrictions or an act of God.
