Rules, Terms, and Conditions of the #JulyFlagIHA Video Contest
The competition is organized by the International Horsemanship Association. 35 Corbett Road Cody, WY 82414 USA
The competition is run during the period from July 1st, 2019 to July 31st at 9:00pm MST. The winner will be informed by email by August 3rd, 2019. If the winner does not contact us within 7 days after the winning notification, the claim to the prize will forfeit.
All persons over 13 years of age are entitled to participate where allowed by law; those under 18 will need a legal guardian to assist with claiming the prize if awarded as winner. International Horsemanship Association Board members are excluded from the competition.
The following prizes will be awarded: One (1) IHA ribbon.
Enter by publishing a video, 30 seconds or less in length showing you carrying a flag with your horse. Use the hashtag #JulyflagIHA on Twitter, Instagram, as a public post on the International Horsemanship Association Facebook page, or on our website at www.internationalhorsemanship.org/contest. The publication of photos or videos in breach of the respective social media channel’s guidelines and conditions of use, US law or copyright will result in the entrant concerned being barred from winning.
The entrant must own all rights to picture or video entered, or the entry will be void.
The submission with the most votes will be the winner.
No data will be passed on to third parties, but will be managed through Woobox in order to determine the winner. Entrants have the legal right to information, to modification and to withdrawal. All names and the social media profile names for participation via social media of the competitors will be recorded and stored for the purpose of choosing a winner.
By entering the competition, entrants consent to the winner’s name and their social media profile being published on our social media pages and on the website http://www.internationalhorsemanship.org.
In addition, any photos or videos submitted may be considered for publication on the IHA website, social media channels, IHA Journals, DVD's, and other promotional materials.
The competition is in no way connected to, nor is it sponsored, supported or organized by the social media channel, through which it is distributed. The intended recipient of the data provided is The International Horsemanship Association. Entrants may not make any claims against any social media company in connection with their participation in the competition.
There is no recourse to legal action. With the exception of the winners, there will be no correspondence relating to the competition. No cash payout of the corresponding sum may be claimed. The competition organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from competition who enter with pseudonyms or false identities.
