TAMI’S BIRTHDAY BASH GIVEAWAYS

September 25-30

September is both my birthday, and my 16 year anniversary with
Stampin’ Up! and I’m throwing a “Birthday Bash” to celebrate with you. 
Beginning September 25, each day I’ll be offering a different Prize
Patrol bundle from the 2019 Stampin’ Up Holiday Catalog. Fill out form that day’s prize form to enter.

Each day’s giveaway will post on my Birthday Bash Headquarters section.

• To enter, fill out the form for each day’s giveaway
  
  • After you enter, you will be given a link to share for 2 additional entries if you wish
  • You must enter each day individually. Entering one day does not automatically enter you for the rest of the giveaways.
• Winners will be drawn randomly via computer generator on Thursday, October 3


• 1 Prize per person. If a duplicate name is randomly drawn twice, the
   person will win the 1st prize, and I will re-draw a new name for the
  2nd prize.


• Prizes must be shipped within the United States
• Winners have 2 weeks to claim their prize
