OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES DATES: The Indianapolis Indians and Toyota “2025 Toyota Fan of the Game Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 25, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sweepstakes Period is subject to the entry periods and drawing dates each defined and outlined further in the “ENTRY PERIODS” section below.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of Indiana who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). Officers, directors, managers and employees of the Indianapolis Indians (the “Sponsor”), the Chicago Toyota Dealers Association and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (collectively, “Toyota”), Saatchi & Saatchi North America, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes, including National Sweepstakes Company, LLC (the “Independent Administrator”) (collectively all referred to herein as “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void outside the state of Indiana and where restricted or prohibited by law. Persons who have previously won a contest, sweepstakes or promotion of any kind from the Sponsor, or Toyota within thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the start of this Sweepstakes are ineligible to participate or win a prize.
ENTRY PERIODS: There will be thirteen (13) entry periods (each, an “Entry Period”) held during the Sweepstakes Period, each associated with a drawing date. The potential prize winners selected for each drawing will each be determined a “Toyota Fan of the Game” (or “Fan Prize Winner”), subject to verification. Each Fan Prize Winner will win a Fan Prize (as described in the “PRIZES” section of these Official Rules) in accordance with the “prize game dates” outlined below and further defined in the “PRIZES/PRIZE CONDITIONS” section of these Official Rules. The total number of Fan Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is seventy-five (75). IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THE FAN PRIZE, EACH FAN PRIZE WINNER MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO ATTEND AN INDIANAPOLIS INDIANS HOME GAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRIZE GAME DATE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ENTRY PERIOD FOR WHICH HE/SHE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED TO BE A FAN PRIZE WINNER AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BELOW. The thirteen (13) Entry Periods, drawing dates and associated prize game dates are as follows:
Limit of one (1) Entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes. Non-Winning eligible entries from previous drawings will carry over to the next Entry Period and will be considered eligible for subsequent drawings.

TO ENTER: Visit http://woobox.com/uwa88f (the “Website”) during an Entry Period, click on the Sweepstakes image and complete the official entry form (the “Entry Form”) in its entirety including your first name, last name, email address, telephone number where you can be reached for potential winning notifications (including area code), date of birth, address, city, state and zip code. Then, click the “Enter” button in order to receive one (1) entry into the drawing associated with the Entry Period in which you have clicked the “Enter” button. Such entry will also be eligible for any drawing held thereafter during the Sweepstakes Period (providing you are not selected as a Fan Prize Winner).
Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, email addresses and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account (provided via the Entry Form) is registered (the “Authorized Account Holder”). The Authorized Account Holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Potential Fan Prize Winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or damaged entries. By entering, each Entrant; (a) represents that he/she is at least twenty one (21) years of age and otherwise eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes; and (b) fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which is final and legally binding in all respects.
WINNING: There will be thirteen (13) random drawings held on or about the Drawing Dates outlined in the chart in the “ENTRY PERIODS” section of above. For each drawing, Fan Prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period(s). Odds of winning Entry Period 1 will depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received during Entry Period 1. Odds of winning Entry Periods 2-13 will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the respective Entry Period, combined with any non-winning eligible entries received during preceding Entry Periods. Each of the random drawings will be conducted under the supervision of a Sponsor Representative whose decisions are based upon their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules and are final and binding in all respects.
NOTIFICATION: Potential Fan Prize Winners will be notified by the Sponsor via telephone on each of the drawing dates listed above. PLEASE NOTE: Notifications will not be left on answering machines/voicemails. In accordance with these Official Rules, potential Fan Prize Winners will be required to verbally provide proof of eligibility prior to receiving the Fan Prize. If a potential Fan Prize Winner cannot be reached by telephone after two (2) attempts have been made or if it is determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion that a potential Fan Prize Winner is not eligible in accordance with these Official Rules, the selected potential Fan Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Fan Prize and an alternate Fan Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the associated Entry Period(s). Upon verification, each Fan Prize Winner shall receive the Fan Prize as further described in the “PRIZES / PRIZE CONDITIONS” section below. In accordance with the Fan Prize described below, each Fan Prize Winner will be entitled to pick an Indianapolis Indians home game to attend from any available home game associated with the Entry Period for which he/she was selected (see chart in the “ENTRY PERIODS” section of the Official Rules). For example; a Fan Prize Winner selected in the Entry Period 1 drawing on March 27, 2025 will be entitled to pick any available Indianapolis Indians Home Game held during March 31, 2025 to April 2, 2025. An “available game” is defined as any Indianapolis Indians home game that has not previously been assigned to another Fan Prize Winner for the respective Entry Period.
PRIZES: Each Fan Prize Winner will receive a Fan Prize inclusive of all of the following; (a) four (4) box seat tickets for admission at Victory Field (the “Tickets”) for the 2025 Indianapolis Indians home game for which he/she has selected (the “Game”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Fan Prize is: $68. A total of seventy-five (75) Fan Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The total ARV of all Fan Prizes to be awarded is $5,100. Tribe Tokens can be used throughout the 2025 season but will afford no cash back from purchase. Each Fan Prize Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including transportation, parking, accommodations, meals and beverages exceeding the value of the Tribe Tokens, incidental expenses and gratuities. No substitution or cash redemption of Fan Prizes is permitted. Each Fan Prize Winner must attend the Game for which he/she has selected. In the event a potential Fan Prize Winner cannot attend the Game he/she has selected, such potential Fan Prize Winner forfeits his/her right to the Fan Prize, no substitute prize will be awarded to such Fan Prize Winner and an alternate Fan Prize Winner will be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received during the associated Entry Period(s), time permitting. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any Game cancellation or rescheduling in whole or in part. Fan Prizes are not transferable and may not be resold. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if Fan Prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor. Throughout the Sweepstakes Period Fan Prizes shall be limited to one (1) per person/household. No more than the number of Fan Prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Except where prohibited, each Fan Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, photograph, testimonials, statements, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state in advertising worldwide for promotional and publicity purposes in any media without further payment, consideration or limitation.
No prize substitution or cash redemption of Prizes, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. No more than the number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Except where prohibited, each Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, voice, photograph, testimonials, statements, opinions, biographical information, hometown and state in advertising worldwide for promotional and publicity purposes in any media without further payment, consideration or limitation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruption, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted to the Website. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Grand Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or reject any incomplete, inaccurate or false entry. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.
Release: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Toyota, Saatchi & Saatchi North America, Inc., and each of their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, members, shareholders, insurers, servants, divisions, predecessors, successors, representatives, dealers, distributors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, including the Independent Administrator, consultants and legal advisors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of a prize.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a); unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (b) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (c) any property loss, damage, personal injury or death, in connection with the prizes provided pursuant to this Sweepstakes and/or any person’s participating in the Sweepstakes,. (d) any printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (e) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, or indecipherable entries or the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, wireless device carrier networks or Internet Service (as applicable); or (f) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, mobile device, cable, network, hardware or software (including Entrant’s particular wireless device carrier network, if applicable), hardware or software. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
Entrants Personal Information: Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policies, located at the following websites: http://www.milb.com/milb/info/privacy.jsp (Indianapolis Indians privacy policy) and https://www.toyota.com/support/privacy-rights (Toyota’s privacy policy).
Miscellaneous: These Official Rules are governed by the State of Indiana in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Indiana. Entrants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Indiana and of the United States of America located in Marion County, Indiana. Any controversy or claim relating to an Entrants entry and/or these Official Rules shall be submitted to arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in Indianapolis, Indiana under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. If any portion of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, for any reason, that portion shall be severed from the rest and shall not affect the agreement to resolve all controversies and claims through arbitration. Claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees or any other damages of any kind. These Official Rules supersede any and all agreements or communications of any kind between Entrant and the Sponsor or anyone associated with the Sweepstakes, and cannot be modified or waived except in writing and unless properly signed.
Winner’s List/Official Rules Request: For a list of the prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, Entrants may submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope for receipt no later than October 1, 2023 to “2025 Toyota Fan of the Game” (please specify “Winners List” or “Official Rules Request”), PO Box 10505, Rochester, NY 14610. A copy of these Official Rules may be obtained at the Website any time during the Sweepstakes Period.
