Lily O’Brien’s 30th Birthday Prize Draws 

BASIC TERMS for ‘Giveaway on Lily O’Brien’s website (.UK and .IE) Entry is free and there will be 94 luxury prizes throughout June 2022.

General Terms and Conditions:

By entering the prize draws listed below, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that they will apply to and govern your entry. All entrants, particularly the winners may be asked to take part in PR and advertising. This may include interviews and picture requests for media usage. Entrants may decline this request. (Images supplied must be given with written permission from the photographer for usage).

The Prize Draws

Chocolate Prize Draws: There will be 90 separate chocolate prizes over 30 days 

At the end of each eligible prize draw day, 3 winners will be randomly selected to win €50 worth of Lily O’Brien’s Chocolates. Lily O’Brien’s will supply a selection of chocolate to the winner. No cash alternative, chocolate subject to availability. Prize value based on RRP from the website at the date of despatch.

Winners will be contacted on the Monday for the previous week’s winners.

Experiential Prize Draws:

At the end of each eligible prize draw week, 1 winner will be randomly selected to win from the previous week’s entries.

Prize Draw Week 1: Friday 10th June at 10am for period Wednesday 1st – 7th June 2022, 3pm.

Prize Draw Week 2: Friday 17th June at 10am for period Wednesday 8th – 15th June 2022, 3pm.

Prize Draw Week 3: Friday 24th June at 10am for period Wednesday 16th – 22nd June 2022, 3pm.

Prize Draw Week 4: Friday 1st July at 10am for period Wednesday 23rd– 30th June 2022, 3pm.

 

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

The prizes are as follows and must be taken by Wednesday November 30th 2022

From acceptance of the prize and all details supplied as requested in order to fulfil the prize, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of confirmation of booking or receipt of any vouchers.

• Afternoon Tea worth €250/£200 for up to 10 people at Pink Restaurant, Dublin Ireland or Fortnum and Mason, London, UK. No cash alternative, subject to availability. If the prize value falls less that the maximum value, the winner will forfeit the balance.  If the winner has to cancel for any reason the prize will be forfeited.
• Dinner for 2 worth €250/£200 at any Caprice Holdings Restaurants in Ireland or the UK. No cash alternative, subject to availability.
• Spa Day Trip worth €250 / £200 Winner to choose the Spa. Subject to availability. Winner will be asked for more than one choice and Lily O’Brien’s will try to accommodate the preferred option. 
• Shopping voucher worth €250 / £200 for Kildare Village or Brown Thomas, Ireland or Selfridges, UK. No cash alternative, subject to availability.

The prize draw winners will be contacted by email supplied on the entry form. Should a winner not get in touch after 5 working days then an alternative winner will be drawn.

Lily O’Brien’s reserves the right to substitute the prizes above for another prize of the same value should the prize be unavailable.

You must be 18 years or over to enter the giveaway. The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries per draw and no correspondents will be entered into.

The winners must contact Lily O’Brien’s to accept the prize as stated in the terms above. If the prize is not accepted then Lily O’Brien’s have the right to choose another winner until the prize is accepted. Should timings not allow, then Lily O’Brien’s may withdraw the prize if the winners contacted do not respond within the reasonable timings allowed as stated above.

Lily O’Brien’s reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the prize/giveaway at their sole discretion should the prize/giveaway draw not be capable of being conducted as specified. 

The winners must be the authorised email account holder of any email addresses indicated when requested. 

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law. 

Entries that are not completed before the closing date and time stated above or due to technical errors will not be accepted. This includes a communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, Facebook, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof through dial up, mobile phone, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections. 

You may enter only once per email, per day. An extra entry will be given for sharing via social media as stated on the thank you page. Only one prize per household. Any entries that use defamatory obscene or offensive language will be disqualified. Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. Ineligible entries, automated entries and those made fraudulently will be disqualified.
