‘’Let SOLSTICE Carry You Away" contest.
RULES
1. DURATION OF THE CONTEST
1.1. The "Let Solstice Carry You Way Contest (hereinafter "the Contest") is organized by Club Piscine Super Fitness (hereinafter "Club Piscine").
1.2. The Contest begins on March 1st, 2023, and ends on May 31st, 2023, at 11:59 pm.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST
2.1. Each customer who purchases a Club Piscine exclusive Solstice hot tub between March 1st and May 31st, 2023, and registers online on the clubpiscine.ca contest page, has the chance to win one of two gift certificates from a travel agency of Club Piscine choice, valued at $5,000 each.
2.2 There will be a total of two (2) winners and the gift cards are not redeemable for cash or exchange.
2.3 Only one entry per contract number for the entire contest period will be accepted.
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
3.1. The hot tub must be delivered to the customer by July 15, 2023.
3.2. The participant must reside in Quebec or Ontario;
3.3. The contract number provided must be accurate.
3.4. The participant must be 18 years of age or older;
3.5. Club Piscine retailers, its employees, representatives, agents and persons with whom they are domiciled, cannot participate in the contest;
3.6. The participant must correctly answer the skill-testing question requested.
3.7. The registration to the contest must have been made between March 1st, 2023 and May 31st, 2023 on Club Piscine's website and all questions must be duly completed.
4. AWARDING OF PRIZES
4.1. The winner will be determined by a random drawing from among all eligible entries.
4.2. The random draw will take place on July 17th, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Club Piscine's head office located at 888, boul. Industrial, Bois-des-Filion, Quebec;
4.3. The winner will be contacted by phone and/or by email by a representative of Club Piscine's head office within ten (10) business days following the draw.
4.4. The winner will then be required to confirm his acceptance as an eligible entrant selected according to the instructions provided, all within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted by a Club Piscine representative. If the selected Eligible Entrant cannot be reached or if the winner is unable to prove that he/she meets all the contest conditions, a new draw will be held. Before being declared a winner, the selected Eligible Entrant will be required to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question and then sign a release and waiver form confirming, among other things
- That he/she complies with the entry requirements.
- that he/she has read the contest rules and that he/she complies with them in all respects.
- that he/she accepts the prize as awarded.
- that he acknowledges that Club Piscine has the right to publish his name and city without any compensation other than the prize.
4.5. The winner will have to pick up the prize at the Club Piscine Super Fitness nearest to his residence.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
5.1. Personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and age is collected solely to administer this Contest and will not be used for any other purpose without the entrant's consent. By providing this information, the entrant consents to its use for the purposes indicated.
5.2. The winner consents to Club Piscine using his/her name, city of residence, photograph, image, voice, prize description and any statement related to the contest for promotional purposes, without any form of additional compensation.
5.3. Club Piscine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, this contest, if an event and/or situation arises that could alter or influence the administration, security, impartiality and/or conduct of the contest as provided for in these rules, particularly in the event of a computer problem, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, if required;
5.4. 5.4. The contest organizers and the persons, including Club Piscine retailers, for whose benefit this contest is held, disclaim all responsibility for any damage and/or loss resulting from participation in the contest and/or the awarding of the prize.
5.5. Participation in the contest implies the acceptance to comply with the present rules and with the decisions made by Club Piscine which alone sees to its application. All decisions made by Club Piscine are final, binding and without appeal subject to the jurisdiction of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux.
5.6. Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only to help the parties settle.
