Official Sweepstakes Rules
1) NO PURCHASENECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant’s full andunconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

3) Open to legalresidents of the United Statesonly, aged 18 years or older at time of entry. Residents of Rhode Islandnot eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of theSponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, their agents and members of theimmediate family or household of each of the above are not eligible toparticipate.
4) How to Enter.
i) Visit www.Facebook.com/ElixirStrings for a link to thesweepstakes entry form online.
ii) Alternate Method of Entry: Email your full name, date ofbirth including year, address, phone number to elixirstringssn@wlgore.com. Please use “Facebook Alternate Entry” as your subject.
Limit one entry per person per day throughout the sweepstakes period. Day is defined as a 24-hour period. All entries must be submitted by 11:59pm ET October 31, 2017.
5) Prizes and Odds of Winning. You have not yet won. Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about the drawing dates stated in Rule 2. The prize description,quantity of prizes to be given away, and the approximate retail value of prizes are stated in Rule 2. The odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All prizes will be awarded, assuming sufficient entries. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be returned or exchanged for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to award, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash prize equivalent to the value of the prize listed in Rule 2 or to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
i) Conditionof Prize(s). All prizes are new.
ii) GeneralConditions. Winners will be notified by email and must respond to thenotification within seven (7) days, or the prize may be forfeited and analternate winner may be selected. If an entrant changes his/her e-mail addressafter he/she enters the sweepstakes, it is his/her sole responsibility tonotify Sponsor by e-mail or postal mailing to the Sponsor’s address listedbelow, to be received by the end of the promotion period. In the event of adispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry,the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the "Authorized Holder"in whose name the email account is registered, provided that person meets alleligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules. "AuthorizedHolder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by anInternet Access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g.,business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigningemail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prize arethe sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner is solely responsible forany other costs, incidentals, and expenses not specifically mentioned as beingincluded in the prize. By participatingand accepting a prize, where permitted by law, each winner grants to Sponsor(and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) and those acting pursuant to theauthority of Sponsor, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwidein any medium now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited tothe World Wide Web, at any time(s), that winner’s name, portrait, picture,voice, likeness, and biographical information as news or information and foradvertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or review.By participating, each eligible winner agrees to provide proof of identity,address and birth date and/or execute an affidavit of eligibility, liabilityrelease or a publicity release, except where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is not open to competitionassociations or automated competition entry services. Any use of such automated devices will causedisqualification. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, todisqualify any individual (and his or her Sweepstakes entry) who tampers withthe entry or voting process. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspendthis Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bug or other causes beyond the control ofSponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes.Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, softwareor program malfunctions or other errors, failures or delays in computertransmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature.Proof of entering information on Sponsor’s website is not considered proof ofdelivery or receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to excludecertain individuals from participating for reasons such as violation of theconditions of participation, duplicate participation, attempted manipulation ofthe Sweepstakes, and reserves the right to take legal action.
6) The ELIXIRSTRINGS BASSTOBER GIVEAWAY sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed oradministered by, or associated with, Facebook. Participation in this Sweepstakes is considered a complete release ofFacebook by each entrant.
7) Limitations of Liability. All entrants agree to release Sponsor and Facebook from all liability for: (1) misdirected,inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, delayed, undelivered, damaged or illegible entries, and (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the sweepstakes promotion. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and Facebook, and the respective officers and employees of these entities, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes promotion.
