Robinson Road Marketplace Christmas Tree Road (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”)
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms. All entry instructions and Prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions.
This Promotion is held by Robinson Road Marketplace of 605 Robinson Road West, Aspley QLD 4034, Australia. The Promotion commences on Monday, 13th November 2023 at 11am and concludes on 14th December at 11:59pm (unless extended at the sole option of the Manager) (Promotion Period).
Limit of one (1) vote for one (1) of the schools entered in the competition per email address only. Multiple votes from the same email address will not counted.
Any vote that is made on behalf of another person by a third party, or otherwise by proxy will be invalid.
The votes will be counted towards the relevant schools. The schools with the first, second, third & fourth highest number of votes for their Christmas Tree will be awarded the First Place, Second Place, Third Place & Fourth Place prizes respectively.
Only residents of Queensland, Australia may vote.
The total prize pool for this Promotion is valued at a maximum of AU$ 7,500
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prizes will be distributed via bank transfer from Strictlymarketing Pty Ltd. (ABN 47 365 978 103) on behalf of Robinson Road Marketplace.
If any Prize (or part of any Prize) is unavailable, the Manager, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with another prize to the equal value and/or specification.
Winners will be determined by popular vote. The Promoter’s decision is final.
Data entry will be conducted at Strictlymarketing at 21 Jutsum Street, Bardon QLD 4065 during the Promotion Period.
The Winning Announcement will be made from Strictlymarketing at 21 Jutsum Street on Friday, 15 December 2023.
Winners will be contacted via email and / or telephone. Prize collection will be coordinated directly with the schools.
All prizes won must be claimed before 5pm on Thursday, 17 February 2024. Any prizes that are not redeemed by this time and date will become null and void.
The Promoter and the Manager reserve the right to announce and / or publish the Winning school name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.
Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify and reserves the right to disqualify a school centre where the entry process has been tampered with. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Promoter is not responsible if the value of the Prize(s) change between the date of publication of these Terms and the date the Prizes are awarded.
The Promoter may in its absolute discretion: suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if for any reason:

Except for any liability not excluded by law, voters and schools release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the school centre or voter now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the school’s or voter’s participation in the Promotion.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on voters and schools and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.
By entering the Promotion, the schools consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter and / or Robinson Road Marketplace for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the winners of the prizes. All personal details of the school and voter will be stored at the offices of the Strictlymarketing, in acting as agent for Robinson Road Marketplace A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
