Entering the competition:

1) Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, suppliers and immediate families of the Promoter Urbanaut are ineligible to enter.

2) Entries for the promotion will be open from Monday 28th April 2025 12:00am to Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 11:59pm. No entries will be accepted outside of the promotional period.

3) No purchase is required to enter this prize.

4) You will get one entry for each of the actions you perform:

• Each person you refer to the giveaway who enters the competition using the link you share with them via the entry form at https://woobox.com/fcd5xe

5) The winner will be chosen randomly from all entries to the competition.

6) In order to be eligible to claim the prize, on the day the prize is drawn the winner must: 

• be over 18 years of age, and be able to provide verification of your age via a valid NZ drivers licence, passport, Hospitality NZ 18+ card or Kiwi Access Card.
• have a current passport that is valid for travel to the United States of America and no restriction on your ability to travel to the United States of America.
• be a current subscriber to Urbanaut’s email communications, or
• be currently following Urbanaut Brewing on Facebook or Instagram

8) Any other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner. For the avoidance of doubt the prize does not include additional unspecified flights, travel visas, car hire, accommodation, or transfers not specified in the details of the prize.

9) The Winner is entitled to take one guest. They must have a valid passport to travel with the Winner and be able to travel on the same flights as the Winner. 

10) Travel will need to be completed within 5 months of the date you are notified that you are a winner.

11) Travel will not be permitted over blackout dates around festival periods in Anaheim, California. Travel dates are subject to the availability of accommodation.

12) The prize trip needs to booked at least one month in advance of travel. No changes are permitted once the booking is confirmed. Any extension to the duration of trip is at the winner’s own cost. 

13) The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Requests to swap or change accommodation, or any other element of the prize will be at the expense of the winner.

14) The prize is not transferable and strictly cannot be sold.

15) The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

17) By entering, you agree that your IP address may be used to determine your approximate geographic location. This information may be used to verify eligibility, customise communications, or for internal analytics purposes only. No precise address-level data is collected unless voluntarily provided.

How we’ll draw the prize and let the winner know.

16) There is one (1) Winner of the competition, drawn from the pool of all entries through the social or the giveaway form.

17) The Prize Draw will be conducted after 9.00am on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 by representatives of the promoter via random electronic draw of all entries.

18) The Winner will be contacted on or before Monday 20th October 2025 by email.

19) If the Winner cannot be reached within 5 days, Urbanaut will have sole and absolute discretion to draw the prize again and award the prize to a new Winner.

Other terms

20) The promoters, Urbanaut and the co-promoter Visit Anaheim, accept no responsibility if the travel or activity part of the prize becomes unavailable due to extenuating circumstances, including Covid-19, for example the travel being cancelled, postponed, moved or rescheduled.

21) The Winner and their elected guests are subject to the terms and conditions that are applicable to the travel provider and travel supplier involved in the campaign.

22) Urbanaut reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, COVID-19 and any related restrictions and/or lockdowns, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of their control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.

23) Urbanaut’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
