Eligibility: To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident (green card). Absopure employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes spouses, parents and children. To be considered for entry, Absopure must receive all entries no later than Monday, February 12, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST.

 

Rights: By entering the contest, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on our website and used by us for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation.

 

Prize Details: One winner will randomly be selected to receive four (4) courtside tickets to the Michigan vs. Michigan State basketball game on Saturday, February 17, 2024 8 pm at Crisler Center and one (1) case of Absopure grab and go bottles.

 

Drawing and notification: One winner will be randomly selected from the entries by Tuesday, February 13 and 12 pm EST. The selected winner will be contacted on Tuesday, February 13 via phone, text and email. The selected winner must confirm via phone their acceptance of the tickets. If the selected winner does not respond by Wednesday, February 14 at 12 pm EST, a new winner will be selected at random.

 

Privacy: Absopure shall be responsible for the collection and use of information provided by entrants. Absopure’s use and collection of information provided by entrants (including information provided on the entry form) is subject to Absopure’s Privacy Policy. By entering this sweepstakes you consent to that collection and use in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

 

Winner Releases: All participants entering this Sweepstakes, and winners by acceptance of prize, agree to waive and release Absopure from liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property that may arise as a result of attendance or participation at the Michigan vs. Michigan State basketball game on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 8 pm EST at Crisler Center, and any pre- and post- event activities, including travel to and/or from any prize-related activity.
