OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Maplewood Plumbing & Sewer’s WHO IN THE 'LOU? Promotion (“Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal residents age 18 or older. Void were prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  By entering the Contest, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all matters.
  2. HOW TO ENTER:  From 2:00 pm Central Time (CST) on June 4, 2025 through 8:00 pm CST on June 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), Sponsor will conduct a local contest encouraging St. Louis area residents to nominate a local St. Louis student. One nominated student will be chosen as our Hero. To enter, participants must complete the nomination form that includes their name and contact information as well as the nominee's first name and a few sentences about why they are nominating the student.  All entries must be submitted in the name of a living individual student residing in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles City or St Charles County. Grand Prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on or corresponds to the winning entry.  Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, unintelligible, incomplete, lost or late entries, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind which may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Contest.  In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism, computer virus mechanical, technical or operational defect or error or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest.  In the event of cancellation, prize will be awarded from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render a participant ineligible.  All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address.
  3. HOW TO WIN:  On or around the end of the month, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all entries to win a $25 gift card to a local ice cream or dessert shop.
  4. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Contest will be administered by alpha | BRAVO. (a|B) and the decisions of a|B in all matters regarding the Contest are final and binding. Selected winners must meet all eligibility requirements, including replying to winner email within 24 hours of notification, agreeing to share photo and be mentioned on MWP social media channels. Prize will be delivered via email to the email address provided.
  5. PRIZE:   Winning Student will receive a gift card to a local establishment.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:  By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant a|B the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, for the purpose of advertising and publicizing their services and all matters related to the Contest, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. Winner may be required to sign, without limitation, affidavits of eligibility, tax acknowledgment forms, liability releases and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases (“Winner Documents”) and return within 24 hours of receipt.  If (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) Winner fails to provide complete entry information and/or does not respond within 24 hours and/or return all required Winner Documents within the designated time period, or (iv) Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules and Regulations as outlined herein, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Contest Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities, and their respective employees, directors, shareholders and agents, from and against any and all claims, actions, demands and/or liability for injury, damage or loss to any person or property relating to or arising in connection with participation in the Contest (regardless of the cause of such injury or loss), the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded and/or printing, distribution or production errors. Participants acknowledge that prizes are awarded “as is” and that Sponsor has not made, and are not in any manner responsible or liable for any representation, guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, in law or in fact, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
