“Sunshine and Snapshots Contest”  

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  

The Contest begins at 12:00am CT on 2/7/24 and ends at 11:59 pm CT on 2/29/24 (the “Promotional Period”). When you properly submit and complete an entry form (your “Entry”) within the Promotional Period, you will be entered into the contest. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners.  

A panel of judges selected by Sponsor will select the grand prize entry from among all eligible photo entrants on the following criteria: (1) Theme as it applies to the contest, a summer camping photo (50%); (2) Photographic quality (50%). The drawing will be held on or about March 1, 2024. at our corporate office. You do not need to be present to win..  

There will be one (1) first place prize, consisting of a complimentary 14 consecutive day stay for two adults in your own RV at one of the Encore RV resorts in Arizona, Florida, Texas, or California (valued at $1,000 USD). The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.   

To submit an Entry, submit your information through Woobox any time between 12:00am CT on 2/7/24 and ends at 11:59 pm CT on 2/29/24 For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an entry is “received” when you submit your information through Woobox.  

The Contest is limited to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older, except for residents of AZ, FL, and NV. Employees of MHC Property Management, L.P. and its affiliates are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason. For the name, city and state of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. The winner is responsible for federal and state taxes on the prize. Except where prohibited by law, a potential winner must complete, sign and return to the Sponsor, within two business days, a Winner's Affidavit and Release in the form presented by the Sponsor. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner's Affidavit and Release within the required time period or otherwise fails to comply with these Rules, the potential winner will not receive any prize and an alternate winner will be chosen. Except where prohibited by law, the name and likenesses of each winner may be used by the Sponsor for promotional purposes without further compensation to the winner. By submitting a photo and entering this contest, all entrants grant a non-exclusive license to the Sponsor and each of its affiliates to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now or hereafter known, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotion. By entering this contest all entrants agree to the terms and conditions hereby set forth in the Official Rules.   

This advertising is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of resort campground memberships. This document has been filed with the Department of Licensing, State of Washington, as required by Washington law. Value, quality, or conditions stated and performance on promises are the responsibility of the operator, not the Department. This filing does not mean that the Department has approved the merits or qualifications of any registration, advertising, or any gift, prize, or item of value as part of any promotional plan. Restrictions: The prizes with complimentary stays at Encore RV resorts in Arizona, Florida, Texas or Palm Springs are based on availability, reservations are required, and the stay must be completed by March 1, 2025. The stay must be one consecutive period of time and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.  Holidays and special events are excluded.
