Win a 9-Day Trip to Vietnam for Two

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Destinology LTD (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, entrants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Competition Period

• The competition closes at 11:59pm on 28 February 2026.
• Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

• An entry to the competition can be made by submitting your details as one entry to the competition.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.
• Only one entry per person.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a 9-day trip to Vietnam for two (2) people.
• The prize must be taken during the qualified travel period between 5 May 2027 and 30 September 2027, subject to availability.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly drawn within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not accept the prize within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Marketing & Publicity

• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, images, and any related content for promotional and marketing purposes by the Promoter, in both print and digital media, without additional compensation.

8. Travel Conditions

• Travel arrangements are subject to availability and supplier conditions.
• The winner and their companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and comply with all entry requirements.
• Any additional costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Booking Conditions

• Adequate and valid travel insurance is compulsory for all travellers and is a condition of accepting the prize.
• We recommend insurance be taken out as soon as the booking is confirmed.
• Any alterations or additions to the initial prize are subject to Destinology’s standard Terms and Conditions and shall be at the sole expense of the prize winner

10. Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
• Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations.
