Terms and Conditions - Romance Competition - February 2023

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over, except for employees of Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Cap Maison and their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.
2. This competition will run from the 3rd – 28th of February 2023
3. There will be one first prize and four runner up prizes.
4. The first prize is a holiday to Saint Lucia. It is valid for a maximum of 2 adults (one winner plus one guest) and must be taken in one trip. The prize consists of two return economy airline seats from London Gatwick Airport to Saint Lucia, a five-night stay at Cap Maison, on a bed and breakfast basis, and on-island airport transfers.
5. There will be four runner up prizes of a Hotel Chocolat With Love Sleekster selection.
6. Winners will be selected at random from all complete entries with a correct answer to the entry question.
7. Entrants must enter competitions using their legal name only. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple names and to require them to return any prize they may have won.
8. You can also gain extra entries by sharing the competition using the link provided. Extra entries will be awarded when another user enters via your link.
9. We reserve the right to publish and/or broadcast the first name and surname of competition winners. We reserve the right to request feedback from your experience to include in promotional material.
10. No person may enter this competition more than once and persons may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company. If we suspect that an individual has set up a fake email address to circumvent this rule, we reserve the right to disqualify all entries that we reasonably believe were generated by that individual.
11. This prize is valid for a maximum of 2 adults. Your complimentary certificate is subject to availability and avoids school holidays, Thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas. Other blackout periods may apply.

13. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Cap Maison, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
14. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.
15. This prize is also subject to Prize Providers’ (Cap Maison’s) Terms and Conditions also.
16. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. The prize winner and their companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months validity remaining after the return to the UK and must organise relevant visas where required. UK passport holders do not require a visa to visit Saint Lucia. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Cap Maison will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
17. Winners will be contacted using the email address given at the time of entry and must reply to acknowledge their prize within 7 days, otherwise they forfeit their prize and we reserve the right to draw another winner.
18. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-changeable. Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The prize is subject to changes without notice and is subject to availability.
19. The prize does NOT include travel to and from London Gatwick airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip unless otherwise stated. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and food) are not included in the prize.
20. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Cap Maison, shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
21. Should the hotel be sold or suffer any material change resulting in the closure of the hotel during the validity of this prize, Cap Maison will be unable to honour the prize and cannot be held liable for alternative accommodation.
22. All guests are required to show their passport and provide a valid major credit card upon which a pre-authorization of US$350.00 shall be taken to cover any possible incidental charges. The pre-authorization is released at check-out subject to any charges incurred locally at the Resort.
23. The winner has to agree to all the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
24. The prize will be coordinated by the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority’s representative, and will be the main point of contact in relation to the prize.

RULES, LIABILITIES AND JURISDICTIONS
1. When you enter the competition, you agree to be bound by these rules.
2. Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and Cap Maison, do not accept responsibility for loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
