Terms and Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2.Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates of Venue Financial Centres, and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children), are not eligible to enter or win.

3.Contest Period

The Contest begins at 8:00 a.m. on August 07, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received by the end of the Contest Period. Late submissions will not be accepted.

4.Method of Entry

To participate in the Contest, eligible entrants must complete and submit the official entry form available on the designated contest webpage during the Contest Period. Only entries that are fully completed in accordance with the instructions provided will be considered valid. Incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant entries will be declared void and ineligible for the prize draw.

5.Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted by Venue Financial Centres on or about August 31, 2025, from among all eligible entries received.

6.Winner Notification and Verification

The selected entrant will be notified via email and/or social media within seventy-two (72) hours of the contest ending. It is the winner’s responsibility to check their email, including the spam/junk folder. Venue Financial Centres is not responsible for any failure to receive the notification due to email filtering issues. Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification to claim their prize. Prizes will be distributed within seventy-two (72) hours after winner confirmation.

7.Prize

The prize consists of 2 $250 gift card. The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

8.Publicity Release

By entering, each participant consents to the use of their name, likeness, image, and social media handle by Venue Financial Centres for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9.Incomplete or Invalid Entries

Venue Financial Centres is not responsible for incomplete, lost, misdirected, or delayed entries. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, corrupted, or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms shall be void.

10.Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes. If the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications, their information may also be used for that purpose. All personal data will be handled in accordance with Venue Financial Centres’s Privacy Policy.

11.Contest Administration

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, or any other third-party platform. All inquiries related to the Contest should be directed exclusively to Venue Financial Centres.

12.Amendments

Venue Financial Centres reserves the right to modify or terminate the Contest or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any material changes will be communicated via the official contest platform. Continued participation following any updates shall constitute acceptance of such changes.

By entering this contest and accepting the promotional email, you acknowledge and accept Venue Financial Centres and these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you agree to have your name and social media handle used for promotional purposes if selected as a winner.
