Terms and conditions

• The promoter is Destination Canada c/o Julie King & Associates of 55 Brisbane Street, Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW 2010 (Promoter).
• All references to time in this document are a reference to the local time in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on the date stated. The promotion commences at 9am AEDT on 12 August 2024 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 2 September 2024 (Promotion Period).

Eligibility

Entry is open only to persons who:

• are a travel agent or travel wholesale agent in Australia who is 18 years or over;
• have completed the Canada Specialist Program agent training to the Platinum level;

excluding directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and registered travel companions of employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate. 

To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:

Registering for the competition at [https://woobox.com/hsryy6] and completing all fields with valid details;

• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
• Eligible Entrants are permitted multiple entries.
• The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

How to win

• Points will be awarded based on the quality of answer to Tell us in 50 words or less why you want to be a Canadian Radical Ambassador?
• Judges are favourable to entries that also include a pitch video or example of the entrants’ previous content captured

The prize

There will be ten (10) prize winners.

Each winner will receive:

• International flights with Air Canada 
• Departure Taxes
• All accommodation and transportation
• Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Banff
• Some meals
• Experiences
• Social media masterclass training from Karryon

Other conditions

• Winners must be able to travel between 04 October 2024 and 12 October 2024.
• This prize is not transferable & cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers or accrue frequent flyer points.
• Travel is in Economy class with Air Canada departing ex Sydney and ex Brisbane. Due to flight schedules, all participants will return to Sydney. If the winner is located outside of these ports, they will need to make their own way to and from the airport to connect with the departing and returning flights. This will be at the passenger’s own expense.
• Travel expenses not included in the final itinerary are the passengers own expense
• All travel insurance and travel documentation including passport, ESTA and visas are the responsibility of the traveller
• All participating agents must be over 18 years & be employed as a registered travel consultant with an accredited agency at the time of travel
• Agents will be personally notified by Friday 06 September 2024 via email if they have won a position
• The winners may also be posted through travel trade channels
• This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Destination Canada is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules, and these program Terms and Conditions may be changed by Destination Canada prior to usage and without advance notice.
• Destination Canada reserves the right to modify or substitute the incentive at its sole and exclusive discretion and without prior notice
• Receipt of the package may have Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) implications, the grossed-up value of the prize and any other Fringe Benefit the recipients receives during the course of the FBT year may be reported on the recipients annual PAYG Payment Summary as required by taxation law
• Other terms and conditions may apply
