SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD The Stella Rosa® Taste the Magic® 2020 sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00am PST on January 1, 2020 and ends at 11:59pm PST on December 31, 2020 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the US, who are age 21 or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. HOW TO ENTER During the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://2020srflyovers.hscampaigns.com/ and follow all entry instructions to complete the entry form and submit to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”). Entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the privacy policy, which can be found at https://stellarosawines.com/legal/. Limit: one (1) entry per person per day. All entries become the property of Stella Rosa® and will not be acknowledged or returned. PRIZES The winner will receive, by mail, a Stella Rosa® Taste the Magic® Gift Box which will include various items, including, but not limited to hats, lip balms, cork pullers, and more, while supplies last. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND VERIFICATION Multiple winners will be selected at random throughout 2020 among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified by the email they submitted in their entry, and they will have 72 hours to respond back to Stella Rosa® acknowledging communication and claiming their prize. The winner may be asked to fill out a Publicity Release form, as well as any other forms as required by Stella Rosa®. Noncompliance with any of the above will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules, an alternate winner will be chosen.
