Nomination Requirements:

• Must be local restaurant
• Must be located in Calcasieu Parish

Nominations Rules:

• People will be allowed to submit up to three (3) different restaurants for nomination on one (1) ballot.
• One (1) ballot per IP address.
• One (1) ballot per email address.
• Users may not submit the same restaurant more than once on a single ballot. Duplicate restaurants on the same ballot will be counted as one.

Gift Card Sweepstakes Rules:

• Upon successfully submitting your valid restaurant nomination ballot, you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes to receive a $100 Visa Gift Card.
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Winner will be contacted through email and given up to 48 hours to respond before an alternate winner may be selected.
