Recycling Art Competition voting terms and conditions

By voting for entries in the Recycling ArtCompetition (“competition”), voters agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Competition Details: The winners of the competition will be chosen based on public votes. The artwork with the most public votes will be deemed the overall winner. The artwork receiving the second highest number of votes will be awarded the second prize and the artwork receiving the third highest number of votes will be awarded the third prize.
  2. How to vote: Voters must fully and legibly complete all details on the competition voting form either in person at one of the locations where competition events are being held or via Council’s website at www.brisbane.qld.gov.au. Only one vote per person. See details of the competition events at www.brisbane.qld.gov.au.
  3. Important - Privacy Consent: By voting in the competition voters accept that they are providing their information only to Brisbane City Council.  All voters’ personal information will be destroyed at the end of the competition unless the voter requests to receive information about this program in the future Information will be used only in relation to this program.
  4. Force Majeure: The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify votes from any individual who tampers with the voting process which as a result corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition. Only one vote per person.
  5. The Promoter of the Recycling Art Competition is Brisbane City Council ABN 72 002 765 795 acting through Waste and Resource Recovery Services, Brisbane Infrastructure, whose principal offices are at Brisbane Square, 266 George Street, Brisbane.
