Official Rules for the Morrie’s Gopher Monthly Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility: The drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Morrie’s Auto Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor: The drawing is sponsored by Morrie’s Auto Group, 12550 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka, MN 55305.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the drawing.
4. Drawing Period: Winners will be selected monthly between October 2025 and April 2026. Entries received outside the Drawing Period will not be considered.
5. How to Enter: Scan one of the QR Codes from Huntington Bank Stadium, Williams Arena and Mariucci Arena or by visiting https://woobox.com/it4f78 to submit the form.
6. Prizes: The following prize will be awarded to seven (7) winners throughout the drawing periods:
$100 Morrie’s Service Bucks, $100 Fanatics Gopher team store gift card, $200 Visa gift card to be used towards the purchase of Gopher Athletics Tickets.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on the first Monday of each month during the giveaway period.

Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 days following the drawing. Morrie’s Auto Group shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a response is not received within 72 hours the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
8. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this drawing, you understand and agree that Morrie’s Auto Group, anyone acting on behalf of Morrie’s Auto Group, and Morrie’s Auto Group’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the drawing, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
10. Terms & Conditions: Morrie’s Auto Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the drawing should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Morrie’s Auto Group’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the drawing. In such case, Morrie’s Auto Group may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Morrie’s Auto Group. Morrie’s Auto Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Morrie’s Auto Group and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the drawing and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
12. Disputes: THIS DRAWING IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this drawing, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this drawing, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Minnesota or Wisconsin, having jurisdiction.

14. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners list or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Morrie’s Auto Group, 12550 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka, MN 55305. Requests must be received no later than April 30, 2026.
