Terms and Conditions 

Eligibility

• Only agents who have registered and logged tickets on the approved registration form by the 5pm AEST 31 August 2024 are eligible to enter. Each booking must be logged separately to be counted.
• Valid for all new adult or child Return Airfares issued on 006 stock flying Delta Air Lines to the USA / Canada / Mexico ex Australia booked by a registered agents (with a valid IATA or TIDS) between 08 July 2024 - 31 August 2024
• One way, infant, group tickets, FOC, refunded, reissues, cancelled or frequent flyer redemption tickets do NOT qualify for entry
• In the event that an entrant submits Terms and Conditions – Game of Skill any false information in relation to a booking, submits an entry in relation to a booking that they have already logged, or submits a booking that does not qualify, then Delta Air Lines reserves the right to either invalidate the entry or disqualify the entrant.

How to win

• Points will be awarded to an eligible entrant for each Qualifying Sale during the Competition Period that is correctly logged/registered
• Eight (8) highest selling agents over the incentive period plus two (2) wildcard entries will be invited on the famil

Highest selling agents

• Points are awarded based on ticket sales within the incentive period.
• One (1) point per adult or child Return Airfare sold in Main Cabin, flying Delta Air Lines to the USA / Canada / Mexico ex Australia issued on 006 stock
• Two (2) point per adult or child Return Airfare sold in Delta Premium Select, flying Delta Air Lines to the USA / Canada / Mexico ex Australia issued on 006 stock
• Three (3) point per adult or child Return Airfare sold in Delta One, flying Delta Air Lines to the USA / Canada / Mexico ex Australia issued on 006 stock

Wild Card entries

• You must meet the below criteria to go into the Wildcard draw for a chance to win

i) Sell at least one (1) adult or child Return Airfare, flying Delta Air Lines to the USA / Canada / Mexico ex Australia issued on 006 stock 

ii) Tell us in 25 words or less why you choose to sell Delta Air Lines 

Other conditions

• Winners must be able to travel between 09 April 2025 - 14 April 2025.
• This prize is not transferable & cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers
• Travel is in Economy class with Delta Air Lines from Sydney, Australia and cannot be converted to cash or accrue frequent flyer points
• Travel expenses not included in the final itinerary are the passengers own expense
• All travel insurance and travel documentation including passport, ESTA and visas are the responsibility of the traveler
• All participating agents must be over 21 years & be employed as a registered travel consultant with an accredited agency at the time of travel
• Agents will be personally notified by 31 August 2024 via email if they have won a position
• The winners may also be posted through travel trade channels
• If the winner is located outside of Sydney, they will need to make their own way to and from Sydney to connect with the departing and returning flights. This will be at the passenger’s own expense.
• This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Delta Air Lines is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules, and these program Terms and Conditions may be changed by Delta Air Lines prior to usage and without advance notice.
• Delta reserves the right to modify or substitute the incentive at its sole and exclusive discretion and without prior notice
• Receipt of the package may have Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) implications, the grossed-up value of the prize and any other Fringe Benefit the recipients receives during the course of the FBT year may be reported on the recipients annual PAYG Payment Summary as required by taxation law
