Official Rules – Euroky Art Carton Challenge

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Euroky ("Sponsor"). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

The Euroky Art Carton Challenge (“Challenge”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, partners, or agents of Euroky and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To participate:

• Create original artwork using or inspired by Euroky carton materials.
• Upload your entry using the official form by the Deadline Date.
• One (1) entry per person. Multiple submissions will be disqualified.
• Entries must be original and must not infringe on any copyrights or third-party rights.

4. Submission Rights

By entering, you confirm that:

• You are the sole creator and owner of the submitted artwork.
• Your submission does not include any offensive or infringing content.
• You grant Euroky a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to:
• Use, reproduce, display, distribute, and publish your submitted content (including name, likeness, photo, and artwork)
• Use it for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, in all media now known or hereafter developed.
• You understand that your submission may be featured on social media, websites, and email communications.
• You waive any moral rights to the submitted content, including the right to object to any modifications or use.

5. Prizes & Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen based on originality, creativity, and relevance to the theme by a panel selected by Euroky.

• Prizes will be announced on the official challenge page.
• Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize or an alternate winner may be chosen.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed unless determined by the Sponsor.

6. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Euroky, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damages arising from your participation or the use of your submitted content.

Euroky is not responsible for:

• Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical or human errors
• Any issues arising from participation or prize acceptance

7. Privacy Policy

By entering this contest, you agree that Euroky may collect, store, and use your personal information to:

• Administer the contest
• Communicate with you about your entry and related promotions
• Send you occasional marketing content (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Your information may be shared with third parties for marketing purposes in accordance with our privacy practices.

8. Governing Law

This Challenge is governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
