Tea Over Ice 2017 Giveaway Contest Rules

Dates: The Tea Forté® Tea Over Ice® Giveaway begins on Monday, June 19th, 2017 and ends on Thursday July 6th, 2017 at 11:59pm. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”).

Entry: All entrants must provide their email address and accept terms and conditions for the promotion. Entrants may earn additional entries by sharing the sweepstakes with friends on Facebook, liking TeaForteFans on Facebook, or when one one of your friends enters the sweepstakes after receiving a share from you.

Shipping: Prizes will be shipped to the address specified by the winners which must be within the United States of America. Tea Forté will only ship prizes to addresses in the USA. The winner of the contest will be contacted via email for the shipping address.

Prizes: Ten (10) winners will be selected by Tea Forté after entries have been submitted and the submission period has ended. No purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes or win any prize. Chances of winning are not enhanced by making a purchase. All prizes are “As Is” and no prize substitutions are allowed except at sole discretion of the Sponsors. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. Ten grand prize winners will each receive: 

• One (1) Tea Over Ice Pitcher Set: Complete with one (1) Sampler box of Iced Tea box  ($49)

• Five (5) Tea Over Ice single blend iced tea boxes: One (1) box of each: Blood Orange, Ceylon Gold, Mango Peach, Ginger Pear, Raspberry Nectar. ($12 each, $60 total)

• Two (2) POOM double-wall, insulated glasses  ($15 each, $30 total)

• No purchase necessary.

• Must be 18 years or older to enter.

• One entry per user (email address) allowed.

• Contest is valid for residents of the USA.

• This contest is run in accordance with Facebook privacy rules and regulations.

• By entering the Tea Forté Tea Over Ice 2017 Giveaway you are also entered to receive emails from Tea Forté. Your personal information will not be shared with any partners.

• Employees, directors, officers, agents and consultants of Tea Forté, their advertising and promotion agencies involved with this promotion, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and their immediate families and persons living in their households are not eligible to enter the Giveaway. The Giveaway shall be staged in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and are void to the extent they are not in compliance.

• By entering, participants release Sponsors and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, contractors, employees and agents from any responsibility and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Sweepstakes or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize provided pursuant to the Giveaway page. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram is in no way sponsoring, endorsing, administering, or associated with the sweepstakes in any way.
