The Allegan County Community Foundation had such a great time with the previous photo contests through the years that we’re bringing it back! We loved seeing Allegan County through your eyes and received so many amazing photos. Help us showcase the #AmazingAlleganCounty that we are lucky to work, live, and play in.

We are seeking photos that represent the beautiful people, places and things in our county, from the lakes, to the forests, to the wildlife and more. The photo contest will run from April 13th to April 26th.  

How to get involved 

To enter: Submit your photo using the form below. Once your photo is approved by ACCF, it will appear in the live feed! Submissions will be accepted April 13th through April 26th.

Voting will begin April 29th at noon and end May 3rd at 8pm.

This year, we’re switching things up with new voting categories:

Public Choice – most votes during the voting period

Staff Choice – selected by ACCF staff and board

Artist Choice – chosen by a panel of local artists

To vote do your vote, like your favorite photo from the gallery. Keep an eye on ACCF's Facebook page for details and reminders. Winners will be announced on May 5th and contacted via email.

The winners will receive a $50 gift card to a local business and be able to direct a $500 gift to their favorite Allegan County non-profit.

By submitting a photo, you attest to the fact that the photo is yours and does not infringe any other person’s or entity’s rights. You also grant ACCF a royalty-free right in perpetuity to:

• Display the photograph on the ACCF website
• Use the photograph on the Internet and in social media in support of our mission.
• Use the photograph in the ACCF’s internal and external communications materials including physical and digital, not limited to web sites and web publications, fact sheets, fundraising publications, advertising, multimedia, presentation, and annual report.
• Provide your photograph to other individuals and organizations for ACCF - related use in news stories, newsletters, reports, slide shows, displays, web pages, videos, and the like.
• You consent to ACCF’s use of your name in any list of winners (if applicable) and for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
