• DPAC Refund Request

    For events noted as CANCELLED, refunds have automatically been processed and you should see a credit within three weeks. No further action is needed.


    For events noted as POSTPONED, please know we are working to reschedule these events. You can request a refund, but we encourage buyers to wait and see if the rescheduled dates will work for them before requesting refunds. Refunds will be made if the rescheduled date is not satisfactory to you.


    For events noted as PENDING, refunds will not be available until the exact status of this event is reconfirmed.

    Please complete this information to request a refund for the event you purchased through Ticketmaster or the Blue Cross NC Ticket Center. Please be aware, we are only able to accept requests for events occurring within the next 30 days at this time.
