 How to Enter. Fill out the entry and upload photo on Woobox platform via the Fireside Hearth & Home website (www.fireside.com), by scanning the QR code at participating store locations, or via our link on participating social media platforms (June 13-29, 2024). Sponsor.

The Sponsor is Fireside Hearth & Home.  

Prize and Winner Selection Method. The Sponsor will award one winner an $8,000 credit good for merchandise or services from Fireside Hearth & Home of the Twin Cities. Entry will be open from June 13 through June 29, 2024, with voting open June 13 through July 6th, 2024 .

One winner from MN and one winner from WI will be determined by the highest number of votes received on the Woobox platform among all eligible entries received. All other qualified entries will receive 15% off of their fireplace and related components if order is placed by September 28,2024. If the selected winner declines to accept the prize, then Sponsor will select a different winner among those entered.

The winner will be announced by July 17th, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible nominations received.

  To be eligible, entrants must be at least 18 years old and live in the Twin Cities, MN or Madison, WI service areas. The service areas are defined as: Twin Cities Service Area = 50 mile radius from 2700 Fairview Ave N. Roseville, MN 55113 Madison Service Area = 50 mile radius from 6709 Watts Road Madison, WI 53719 The prize may be redeemed by the winner for merchandise or services up to $8,000. If the price of the good(s) or service(s) selected by the winner exceed the prize amount, it is the responsibility of the winner to pay the difference. The prize must be redeemed by September 28, 2024. 

There is no cash value, and any amount remaining between the prize and goods or services will not be redeemable for cash or future credit beyond September 28, 2024. Additional Terms. The winner may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash. Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or acting in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s decisions related to the Giveaway and the distribution of the prize are final. In order to receive the prize, the selected winner must agree that, by participating in the Giveaway, Sponsor may use the winner’s name and likeness in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

 Members and family members of members of HNI and its subsidiaries are not eligible. Miscellaneous. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Minnesota and Wisconsin. By entering the Giveaway or accepting the prize as the winner, you (for yourself and your heirs) agree that Sponsor, and each of their respective affiliates and agents, and any entity involved in any aspect of the Giveaway (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person, including death, and reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Giveaway, even if contributed to by the negligence of any of the Released Parties.
