FOX 13's The PLACE and Visiting Angels are teaming up to recognize "Super Seniors," senior citizens who are admired for making a difference in our community. 

Submit a brief essay (500 words or less) describing why the nominee should be chosen as a “Super Senior,” including how the senior citizen demonstrates some or all of the following qualifications: 1) an inspiring example to others by helping make Utah a better place to live (through volunteerism, extra-curricular actives, special projects, giving back, etc.); 2) going above and beyond to aid a friend, family member, stranger or community in a time of need; and/or 3) love of life during retirement showcasing their desire, determination and diligence to help our community at large.

Each of the 6 winning nominees will receive a $250 Visa® Gift Card and certificate recognizing them as a “Super Senior” and an opportunity to be featured on FOX 13's The PLACE!
