WORKBOAT PHOTO CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES

How to enter:

No purchase necessary.   The WorkBoat Photo Contest is open to residents of the United States age 18 or older. Employees of Diversified Business Communications d/b/a

Diversified Communications and WorkBoat (Sponsor), employees, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and members of the immediate family or household of each of the above are not eligible to participate. Photo Contest starts on or around 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 28 September 2016 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 18 October 2016 ("Promotion Period").

To enter, you must submit photo using the form submission during the Promotion Period.  To enter, you will be required to provide your name and contact information where requested for entry into the photo contest.  Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered subscriber of the email account from which the entry is made. Photo submissions are limited to one per person, per day. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.

Winning submissions and prizes:

One weekly winner will be selected and announced each Wednesday during the duration of the contest by the WorkBoat marketing and editorial teams from the cumulative top ten photos with the most votes.  Weekly winners will receive a WorkBoat Swag Bag consisting of WorkBoat branded gear. One “Fan Favorite” winner with the most votes during the promotion period will receive a $50 VISA gift card and a WorkBoat Swag Bag. One grand prize winner will receive a $50 VISA gift card, a WorkBoat Swag Bag, a free conference pass to the 2016 International WorkBoat Show, and a cover spot on the 2017 WorkBoat Calendar.

Use of photo in marketing materials:

By submitting a photo to the WorkBoat Photo Contest, you authorize WorkBoat and Diversified Communications to use your photo on its website, Facebook page, and/or use your photo in any promotional or marketing materials. Should your submission not meet minimum size requirements for printing, WorkBoat reserves the right to not use your photo in the 2017 WorkBoat Calendar.
