CONTEST RULES

Win a $500 Shell Canada gas gift card.

Eligibility Requirements:

This contest is organized by Point S Canada. It begins on June 13, 2025, and ends on June 18, 2025, at 11:59 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). One (1) winner will receive a $500 Shell Canada gas gift card. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants who have completed the online contest entry form. The draw will take place on June 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

• Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
• Not be an employee, agent, director, or representative of Point S Canada.
• Subscribe to the Point S Canada newsletter and consent to receive it at the email address provided in the form.
• Provide a valid email address.

ENTRY

• To be eligible, entrants must complete the online contest form and agree to receive the Point S Canada newsletter.
• No purchase necessary. Participation is free and limited to those who complete the online form.

OTHER CONDITIONS

• The prize is a Shell Canada gas gift card valued at $500 CAD.
• The winner must confirm both their email and mailing address with Point S Canada in order to receive the prize at home.
• Any additional services or accessories are not included in the prize.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash. However, the winner is free to gift the prize to a third party if desired.
• Point S Canada is not responsible for any damage or defect to the products once they have been delivered to the contest winner.

SELECTION PROCESS

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on June 19, 2025, at 10:00 AM EDT at the Point S Canada head office located at 235 J.-A.-Bombardier Street, Boucherville, Quebec, J4B 8P1.
• The selected individual will be contacted by email within five (5) business days of the draw. Once notified, the winner will have five (5) business days to respond and claim the prize. If no response is received, a new draw will be conducted until the prize is successfully awarded.
• Point S will ship the prize to the winner as quickly as possible.
• Point S Canada reserves the right to end the contest at any time without notice.
