Terms & Conditions
Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
1. Entry is open to SPAR, SPAR Express and SUPERSPAR customers who are residents of Australia and over 18 years of age. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, employees of centre management offices, participating retailers and advertising agencies or production companies are not eligible to enter.
2. The Promotion commences Wednesday 6th December 2023 & closes Thursday 21st December 2023 (“Promotion Period”). Entries are open Monday-Friday.
3. To enter, entrants must enter their first and last name, email address, and store name into the online advent calendar form and must allow for personal information to be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter’s database. The Promoter will use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the participant electronically. Personal information collected from participants will not be disclosed to any entity located outside of Australia
4. Entry is limited to once per participant per day, Monday-Friday.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
6. Prizes. The prize includes 12 gift hampers. A year's supply of Tim Tams is equivalent to 52 packs.
7. Valid entries received will go into a prize draw to win these prizes.
8. The prize draws will be conducted at SPAR Head Office (30 Fox Rd, Acacia Ridge, QLD, 4110) at 2PM the next business day. There will be one Daily Prize Draw conducted for each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 12 draws. Final Prize Draws will be conducted on 22nd December 2023.
9. The winners will be notified by email or telephone to provide proof of subscription and when verified, the winners will be officially notified in writing. Their names and the stores in which they entered the competition will be published on the SPAR Australia social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
10. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
11. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prize items.
12. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be accessed by calling the Promoter on (07) 3715 3138.
14. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draws to distribute any prize(s) unclaimed by that date. The first valid entry drawn will win the daily prize and the draw will continue until all unclaimed prizes have been distributed. Any winner of an unclaimed prize will be notified by mail or telephone to provide proof of purchase and when verified, the winner will be officially notified in writing. Winners’ names and the stores in which they entered the competition will be published on the SPAR Australia social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
16. The prizes will be distributed to the stores in which the winners entered the competition for the prize winners to collect unless it is agreed that the distance to travel to the store is prohibitive and other arrangements are made.
