ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. This contest (the "Contest") is open to residents residing in the 50 United States, as well as eligible international residents, excluding the following countries in which Harney & Sons Fine Teas (the “Organization”) does not currently ship to (Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Lithuania, Moldova, Republic of Slovakia, Slovenia). Employees, directors, officers and principals of the Organization, its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. By entering the Contest, entrants (the “Entrants”) agree to allow the Organization to contact them throughout the Contest and after the Contest via email promotions. Entrants also agree to waive any rights their state or country of residence may provide in regard to contests. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
Round 1: Entrants will enter the Contest by commenting on the official Facebook or Instagram social post with a tea blend idea.
Round 2: Entrants will enter by voting for their favorite blend via the official Woobox landing page voting poll.
PROMOTION PERIOD
Round 1: The first round of the Contest starts on on Monday, June 22, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 3, 2020. Limit one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be automatically disqualified.
Round 2: The second round of the Contest starts on Monday, July 20, 2020, and ends at 11:59 p.m EST on Friday, July 24, 2020 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m EST on Friday, July 24, 2020. Limit one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be automatically disqualified.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
Round 1: Five (5) finalist winners and five (5) random winners will be selected by 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, July 10, 2020 and will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram direct message (DM) with further instructions. Decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest.
Round 2: The grand prize winner who received the most votes on their blend will be determined on Monday, July 27, 2020 and contacted via email. Five (5) random winners who voted in Round 2 will be randomly selected on Monday, July 27, 2020 and contacted via email. The voting winner and the tea blend finalist cannot be the same. Decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest.
For winners to receive their prize, they must "accept" their prize, provide their email address and be available for communication correspondence with a Harney representative throughout the duration of the Contest. In order for the five (5) blend finalists to accept their prize, they must send their email address and confirm their country of residence to prove they live within Harney shipping parameters.
If there is no response from winners within seven (7) days, we will choose new voting winners to replace them. If the grand prize winner is the winner with no response, we will choose the one with the next highest votes.

PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING
Round 1: Five (5) tea blend finalists will be selected. Harney & Sons representatives will determine the top five (5) tea blends based on quality. These top five (5) winners will receive a Harney & Sons prize pack which includes: $100 Harney & Sons gift card, a mixed 12-can case of Spark sparkling elixir from The Hemp Division, four (4) new Harney Fresh Brew Iced Tea boxes and a glass iced tea jug. Five (5) random winners will also be selected by a Harney & Sons representative. The five (5) random winners will each receive a $25 Harney & Sons gift card.
Round 2: The grand prize winner, one (1) of the five (5) top blends, will be determined by the number of votes on their blend. The winner with the most votes will win: nineteen (19) 20-sachet tea tins (which equates to one cup of tea every day for 365 days) and a Galanz - Retro 3.5 Cu. Ft. Mini Fridge (retails at $199.99.) Five (5) voters will be selected at random and will each receive a $25 Harney & Sons gift card.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
This Contest is governed by the laws of the U.S. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest is void where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified via email or social media DM. Failure to respond within (seven) 7 days will mean the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. No cash alternative or substitution of any prizes will be offered. No prize transfer is permitted. Limit one prize per Entrant. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and the decisions of the Organization are final and binding in all respects.
All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating and accepting a prize, so long as there is no legal prohibition, winners agree to the use of their names for advertising or publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to them relating to the Organization or this Contest, and releases any and all rights to said use without further compensation. By participating, all Entrants release the use of their tea blend idea to Harney & Sons and Harney & Sons has the right to produce the tea blend and profit from it.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
All Entrants release the Organization, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of the Organization and the Contest from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages or loss.
The Organization is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Entrant’s or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Contest. The Organization assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. The Organization assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including lost, late or misdirected entries. The Organization is not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any Entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the contest, or defraud the Organization in any way, may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Entrants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified, and any prizes won will be forfeited.
If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organization which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Organization reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.
