By entering, you grant Darvin Furniture a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use submitted content without additional compensation. Darvin Furniture reserves the right to use any submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Darvin Furniture’s Cutest Baby Contest is sponsored by Darvin Furniture, located in Orland Park, Illinois, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The contest ends on April 10, and entries submitted after this date will not be considered. Voting will end on April 15, and the winner will be announced on April 16. The winner will be determined based on the highest number of valid votes received. Darvin Furniture reserves the right to review, verify, and disqualify any votes deemed fraudulent, automated, or otherwise in violation of contest rules. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry.

The prize consists of a $500 Darvin Furniture gift card and the opportunity for the winning child to be featured in a Darvin advertisement (total value up to $1,400). The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Darvin Furniture reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner must pick up the prize in person at Darvin Furniture and will have five (5) days from notification to claim it. If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner must be available for a photo and/or video shoot during the week of April 27. The shoot will last no more than two (2) hours, and a parent or legal guardian must be present at all times. No other children will be permitted on set. Darvin Furniture reserves the right to modify shoot dates or scheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. If the selected winner is unavailable for the scheduled shoot, an alternate winner may be chosen.

If selected as the winner, a separate Unlimited Personal Release Agreement must be signed, granting Darvin Furniture permission to use the child’s likeness in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials. Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Children entered must be between 6-18months at the time of entry and must meet all eligibility requirements set by Darvin Furniture. By entering, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal rights to all submitted content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Entries must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted material owned by a third party. Darvin Furniture reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion.

Darvin Furniture reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inappropriate, or does not comply with contest rules. Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence voting, including the use of bots, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity, may result in disqualification. Darvin Furniture also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if necessary.

Darvin Furniture is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technically corrupted entries, nor for any technical malfunctions, platform failures, or other issues that may affect the entry or voting process.

By entering, you agree that Darvin Furniture may contact you via email and/or phone regarding this contest and future promotions. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
