ELIGIBILITY:  Red Robin’s Margarita Day Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (U.S.) who, as of the date of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age (“Entrant”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Red Robin International, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and administered by Woobox (“Administrator”). Employees of Sponsor and Administrator, and any of their direct or indirect parent and affiliate companies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Entry constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 

Timing: Sweepstakes entries will be accepted starting at 12:00:01 am Mountain Time on February 22,2025, and ending at 11:59:59 pm Mountain Time on February 22, 2025. (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during this time.  Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter:  To participate, Entrant must complete the Margarita Day Sweepstakes form on Woobox at https://woobox.com/m8y5gs. By submitting your information on the Margarita Day Sweepstakes entry form, Entrant agrees to these Official Rules.  Only one entry per person will be considered valid.

The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If Entrant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent these Rules, that entry may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Winner Selection, Notification and Verification:  One total winner will be selected by a random draw by Administrator under the supervision of Sponsor following the close of the Sweepstakes Period (“Winner(s)”). Each Winner will be notified by email within three (3) days following selection. Each Winner will be required to sign and return, via email and within four (4) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility that includes a checkbox certifying that Winner has agreed to these Sweepstakes Official Rules. If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible,  or fails to timely return a completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected. Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES BY WINNER (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Prizes: The Winner will receive a prize consisting of one YETI Tundra 45 Cooler; two Milagro brand towels, 4 Milagro brand cups, one Milagro brand lime juicer, two Red Robin hats, and one $75 Red Robin Gift Card  (“Prize”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of this Prize is $490.   The Sweepstakes involves a total one (1) prize.  The total ARV of all Prizes is $490. The Prize is limited to the one winner to be determined solely by random draw.  The Prize does not include any additional items such as travel, food, drinks, tax or tip. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any applicable federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. Acceptance of Prize constitutes for Sponsor to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Limit of one Prize per person. 

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Agreement to Rules: By participating, each Entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and Entrant represents and warrants that Entrant meets the eligibility requirements.  In addition, Entrant agrees to accept the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Rules. Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: Each Entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, social media partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors (“Sponsor Releasees”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such Entrant’s entry and/or participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media companies utilized by Sponsor or Administrator. 

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Colorado. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees. Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners List Requests: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s list or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request that includes the name of the sweepstakes along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Red Robin International, Inc., 10000 East Geddes Avenue, Suite 500, Englewood, CO  80112, Attention: Privacy Officer. Requests must be received no later than June 01, 2025.
