Mother's Day Giveaway Contest Rules

Dates: The Tea Forté® Mother’s Day Giveaway begins on Thursday, April 20th, 2017  and ends on Monday May 1st, 2017 at 11:59pm. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”).

Entry: All entrants must provide their email address and accept terms and conditions for the promotion. Entrants can receive three bonus entries for every referred friend that enters the giveaway.

Shipping: Prize will be shipped to the address specified by the winners which must be within the United States of America. Tea Forté will only ship prizes to addresses in the USA. The winner of the contest will be contacted via email for the shipping address.

Prizes: Five (5) winners will be selected by Tea Forté after entries have been submitted and the submission period has ended. No purchase necessary to enter the sweepstakes or win any prize. Chances of winning are not enhanced by making a purchase. All prizes are “As Is” and no prize substitutions are allowed except at sole discretion of the Sponsors. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute Prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. Five grand prize winners will each receive:
