This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents residing in the 50 United States, as well as eligible International residents, excluding the following countries in which Harney & Sons Fine Teas does not currently ship to (Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Lithuania, Moldova, Republic of Slovakia, Slovenia). Employees, directors, officers and principals of Harney & Sons Fine Teas ("ORGANIZATION"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. By entering the contest, entrants agree to allow Harney & Sons to contact them throughout the contest and after the contest via email promotions. Entrants also agree to waive any rights their state or country of residence may provide in regard to contests. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
HOW TO ENTER.
Participants will enter by completing the Woobox quiz. In order to be contacted, participants must enter their email address at the end of the quiz.
PROMOTION PERIOD.
The Sweepstakes starts on November 18th and ends at 11:59 pm on November 25th, 2019. Limit one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be automatically disqualified.
SELECTION OF WINNER.
The 5 winners will be randomly selected by December 2nd. Decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
For winners to receive their prize, they must "accept" their prize and be available for communication correspondence with a Harney representative throughout the duration of the contest. In order for the winner to accept their prize, they must confirm their country of residence to prove they live within Harney shipping parameters. Participants must accept their prize within 7 days of being contacted about their winning.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING.
5 winners will be chosen to win for this contest. Of the 5 random winners, 2 of the winners, without a perfect score, will be chosen to win a $25 Harney & Sons gift card. 3 winners with a perfect score will be chosen to win a $100 Harney & Sons gift card.
GENERAL CONDITIONS.
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the U.S. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstake is void where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified within 1 week after the conclusion of the contest. Failure to respond within 7 days will mean the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. No cash alternative or substitution of any prizes will be offered. No prize transfer is permitted. Limit one prize per person. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Harney & Sons Fine Teas are final and binding in all respects.
All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating and accepting a prize, so long as there is no legal prohibition, winner agrees to allow Harney & Sons to contact them via email. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to be made by the holder of the email address associated with the entry.

All entrants release Harney & Sons Fine Teas, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of Harney & Sons Fine Teas and the Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss.
