Masterclass Goodie bag or Prize Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
1. The first 40 participants who attend the Clicks Baby Boobaloo Expo Master Class will receive a Clicks BabyClub Goodie bag. In order to get the Goodie bag the participants must be BabyClub members and need to agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Any correspondence regarding this giveaway must be directed to Clicks.
3. All information collected pursuant to the competition is collected by Clicks.
4. In order to be eligible for the goodie bag, a participant:
4.1 must be at least 18 years old and residing in the Republic of South Africa;
4.2 must be a member of the Clicks Customer Loyalty Programme (“Clicks ClubCard Programme”), and a BabyClub Member.
4.3 must have a valid email address, cellphone number
4.4 To get the goodie bag:
4.4.1 You need to be a Clicks BabyClub member or consent to be contacted to join Clicks BabyClub.
4.4.2 Be one of the 40 participants at any of the 11 Clicks Baby Boobaloo Expo Masterclass.
5. The following persons and entities are not eligible to participate in the competition:
5.1 directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to Clicks Group Limited, its subsidiaries, divisions and/or associated companies (“Clicks”) or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Clicks and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners.
5.2 directors, members, partners, employees, agents of or consultants to the advertising and promotion agencies of Clicks and their spouses, life partners, immediate family members and business partners.
6. The handing out of the Goodie Bags will be for the 40 people who attend the Clicks Baby Boobaloo Expo Masterclass on Saturday the 25 February 2023 and on Sunday the 26 February 2023.
6.1 Each day of the event participants may get a goodie bag or a prize to qualifying people at the Masterclass.
6.1.1 To qualify, be a Baby Club member
6.1.2 Attend a masterclass
7. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other item. If, for any reason, Clicks cannot provide the prize, Clicks will award an alternative prize of a similar value.
8. Notification and delivery of prizes:
8.1 40 participants will receive their Goodie bag or prize at the Clicks Baby Boobaloo Expo Masterclass on the day.
8.2 Clicks reserves the right to disqualify a person if they are not signed up for BabyClub or refuse to sign up. Clicks will be entitled to select another winner immediately thereafter.
8.3 Unless the winner specifically states otherwise, each winner agrees to participate in all promotional activity and hereby consents to Clicks using his/her name, images and/or voice in any promotional material for the purpose of promoting the competition. No compensation will be payable for such use. The winner will have the right to withdraw his/her consent for the use of his/her name, images and/or voice prior to the use thereof by Clicks in any promotional activity.
9. A copy of these terms and conditions will be available on the official Clicks website www.clicks.co.za from 25 February 2023 to 03 March 2023.
10. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION, YOU AGREE, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, THAT NEITHER CLICKS,THE SUPPLIER/SPONSOR NOR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE ADVERTISING AGENCIES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS OR CLAIMS IN CONNECTION WITH THE COMPETITION OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.
11. CLICKS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE, SUSPEND OR AMEND THE COMPETITION FOR REASONS BEYOND ITS CONTROL. CLICKS AND ITS SERVICES PROVIDERS, INCLUDING ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK PROVIDERS, ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT OR INACCURATE TRANSCRITION OF ENTRY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL MALFUNCTION, LOST OR DELAYED DATA TRANSMISSION, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, LINE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE, THE INABILITY TO ACCESS ANY WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES OR FOR ANY OTHER ERROR.
