OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Continental Tire April 2026 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 6:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 10, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of Canada, who as of April 6, 2026 have internet access and have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), their respective household members and those with whom they are domiciled, whether or not related, of Continental Tire Canada, Inc. (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to enter or win.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Limit one (1) entry per person. Two steps to Enter: during the Sweepstakes Period (1) either visit https://www.facebook.com/ContinentalTireCanada or https://www.instagram.com/conticanada/, and (2) visit the Sweepstakes entry page at www.woobox.com (link available from Facebook page and Instagram page) to complete and submit the online entry form. Entries must not infringe, misappropriate or violate any third party’s rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, right of privacy or trade secret and not contain any content that is offensive, illegal, obscene or that is otherwise objectionable to Sponsor, in its sole discretion. All qualified entries submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 10, 2026, will be eligible for the Prize. Participants who utilize robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or submit multiple Entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules will be disqualified and all Entries will be voided. There is no charge for entering as free Internet access is available at many public libraries.
4. PRIZE: One Prize will be awarded, consisting of the winner’s choice of one (1) set of Continental or General Brand passenger or light truck tires (four (4) tires in total) (“Prize”). The maximum total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize is CAD$2,000 and the minimum total ARV of the Prize is CAD$400.
5. PRIZE, GENERAL: The Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made. Actual details and components of the Prizes awarded may differ from the Prize being advertised. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is solely responsible for the following in relation to the Prize awarded: (a) any and all applicable taxes; and (b) any and all applicable fees and expenses that are not specifically set forth herein as included with the Prize. Sponsor is awarding the Prize on an "AS-IS" basis without warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and usability by the winner.
6. RANDOM DRAWING: On or about April 14, 2026, at approximately 2:00 p.m. ET at the offices of the Sponsor, 1 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite No. 900 Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z-3M3, the Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by a representative of the Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding. A participant selected as the potential Sweepstakes winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The selected entrant will also be required to correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question posed by the Sponsor at a mutually convenient time in order to be declared the Prize winner.
7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. NOTIFICATION: The potential Sweepstakes winner will be notified (the "Notification") by email or other method (at the discretion of Sponsor) within approximately seven (7) days of the above-mentioned random drawing. Within three (3) days of the send date, postmark or shipment date of the Notification, a potential winner must confirm receipt of the Notification and return as directed each of the below-listed documents (unless determined not to be applicable by the Sponsor): (a) A Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement, including where lawful a Publicity Release (prior to said return, to be correctly completed and executed by the potential winner); (b) shipment address for the Prize. Where lawful, all information requested of a potential winner by the Sponsor must be accurately and legibly provided. Please note that additional documents may be required at the discretion of Sponsor. Failure to comply with the requirements of this paragraph (or the return of the Prize or any Notification as non-deliverable) may result in disqualification and in the forfeiture of any right to the Prize, in which case Sponsor may randomly select an alternate selected entrant from among the remaining eligible entries while supplies last.
9. ENTRANT VERIFICATION: In the event of a dispute regarding which individual submitted any entry, such entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person whose name is listed on entry. Additional information and/or documentation may be requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility.
10. RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the participant/winner (and his/her guest, if any) agrees to defend, release, indemnify and hold harmless Facebook, Instagram, the Sponsor (and where applicable a supplier of a service or product included with the Prize), its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the foregoing companies’ officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, representatives, agents and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively the "Releasees") from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind (including any for the violation or infringement of any proprietary or personal right of any individual or entity, and any personal injury, death and/or property damage) resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the use, enjoyment, acceptance or possession of the Prize, and/or participation in a Prize-related activity. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting the Prize, the participant/winner (as applicable) and his/her guest (if any) consents to and gives the Sponsor and its representatives, licensees, assignees, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Licensees”): (a) The right to photograph/video the winner (including the awarded Prize); and (b) The right in perpetuity to use, reuse, publish and display the participant’s/winner’s name, address, entry form information, statements, quotes, opinions, picture, portrait, likeness, voice, video, photograph(s), biographical information, Prize information, and winner-submitted entry form/photograph(s)/video/text/blog(s) (in whole or in part, as may be adapted, edited or modified, as solely determined by Licensees) for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification or approval, all without limitation or additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
11. CONDITIONS: Participants agree that by participating in the Sweepstakes they release the Releasees from any liability in connection with: (a) Entries that are ineligible as a result of being lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected; (b) Any typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner, or the distribution/awarding of the Prize; and (c) Any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, misdirection, damage, line failure, injury, technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet/telephone network, or at any website, or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, to modify or terminate the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, at the Sponsor’s discretion. Failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. DISPUTES: You agree that: (i) you will be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor; (ii) the Sweepstakes is conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning); (iii) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and or the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein; (iv) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the Prize awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Province of Ontario; (v) to the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right of change of venue, forum non-conveniens or like right; (vi) your recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any) and waive any and all other damages (including but not limited to compensatory, punitive, consequential or incidental damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased) as well as any right to attorneys' fees. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE FINAL CLAUSE OF THE PRECEDING SENTENCE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Void where prohibited or restricted. Quebec residents: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
13. SPONSOR: Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Continental Tire Canada, Inc., 1 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite No. 900 Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z-3M3. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform or third party. Any questions or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes shall be directed to Sponsor.
14. WINNERS LIST: The names of the winner may be obtained after April 14, 2026, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Continental Tire Canada, Inc., 1 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite No. 900 Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z-3M3, ATTN: BRITTANY JENKINS. Requests for winners’ names must be received by June 31, 2026.

1. PÉRIODE DE LA PROMOTION : Le concours Continental Tire d'avril 2026 (le « Concours ») débute à 6 h 00 min 01 s, heure de l'Est (« HE »), le 6 avril 2026, et se termine à 23 h 59 min 59 s, heure de l'Est, le 10 avril 2026 (« Période du concours »).
2. ADMISSIBILITÉ : Le concours est réservé aux résidents du Canada qui, au 6 avril 2026, disposent d'un accès à Internet et ont atteint l'âge de la majorité dans leur province ou territoire de résidence. Les employés, administrateurs et dirigeants de Continental Tire Canada, Inc. (« commanditaire »), ainsi que leurs proches parents (conjoint, parents, enfants, frères et sœurs et leurs conjoints respectifs, quel que soit leur lieu de résidence), les membres de leur ménage et les personnes avec lesquelles ils résident, qu'elles soient ou non apparentées, ne sont pas admissibles à participer ou à gagner.
3. COMMENT PARTICIPER : Une (1) participation par personne maximum. Deux étapes pour participer : pendant la période du concours, (1) rendez-vous sur https://www.facebook.com/ContinentalTireCanada ou https://www.instagram.com/conticanada/, puis (2) rendez-vous sur la page d'inscription au concours à l'adresse www.woobox.com (lien disponible sur la page Facebook et la page Instagram) pour remplir et envoyer le formulaire d'inscription en ligne. Les participations ne doivent pas enfreindre, détourner ou violer les droits d'un tiers, y compris, sans s'y limiter, les droits d'auteur, les marques déposées, le droit à l'image, le droit à la vie privée ou les secrets commerciaux, et ne doivent pas contenir de contenu offensant, illégal, obscène ou autrement répréhensible aux yeux du commanditaire, à sa seule discrétion. Toutes les participations admissibles soumises avant 23 h 59 min 59 s (heure de l'Est) le 10 avril 2026 seront éligibles pour le Prix. Les participants qui utilisent une méthode de participation robotisée, automatique, programmée ou similaire, ou qui soumettent plusieurs participations en utilisant plusieurs adresses e-mail, identités ou appareils dans le but de contourner les règles, seront disqualifiés et toutes leurs participations seront annulées. La participation est gratuite, car un accès Internet gratuit est disponible dans de nombreuses bibliothèques publiques.
4. PRIX : Un seul prix sera attribué, consistant en un (1) jeu de pneus Continental ou General pour voitures particulières ou camionnettes (quatre (4) pneus au total), au choix du gagnant (« le Prix »). La valeur au détail approximative (« VDA ») totale maximale du Prix est de 2 000 $ CA et sa VDA totale minimale est de 400 $ CA.
5. PRIX, GÉNÉRALITÉS : Le prix n'est pas transférable et doit être accepté tel qu'il est attribué. Aucune substitution en espèces ou autre ne sera autorisée. Les détails et les éléments concrets des Prix attribués peuvent différer du Prix annoncé. Le commanditaire se réserve le droit de substituer un prix de valeur égale ou supérieure. Le gagnant est seul responsable des éléments suivants en ce qui concerne le Prix attribué : (a) toutes les taxes applicables ; et (b) tous les frais et dépenses applicables qui ne sont pas spécifiquement mentionnés dans les présentes comme étant inclus dans le Prix. Le commanditaire attribue le prix « tel quel », sans garantie, assurance ou déclaration d'aucune sorte, expresse ou implicite, y compris, sans limitation, toute garantie implicite de qualité marchande, d'adéquation à un usage particulier et d'utilisabilité par le gagnant.
6. TIRAGE AU SORT : Le 14 avril 2026 ou aux alentours de cette date, vers 14 h (heure de l'Est), dans les locaux de l'Organisateur, situés au 1 Robert Speck Parkway, bureau n° 900, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z-3M3, le gagnant du prix sera désigné par tirage au sort parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues. Le tirage au sort sera effectué par un représentant du commanditaire, dont les décisions concernant toutes les questions relatives au concours seront définitives et exécutoires. Un participant sélectionné comme gagnant potentiel du concours doit se conformer à toutes les conditions générales énoncées dans le présent règlement officiel, et l'attribution du prix est subordonnée au respect de toutes ces conditions. Le participant sélectionné devra également répondre correctement, sans aide, à une question mathématique d'adresse posée par le commanditaire dans un délai limité, à un moment convenu d'un commun accord, afin d'être déclaré gagnant du prix.
7. CHANCES DE GAGNER : Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre total de participations valides reçues.
8. NOTIFICATION : Le gagnant potentiel du jeu-concours sera informé (la « Notification ») par e-mail ou par tout autre moyen (à la discrétion de l'Organisateur) dans un délai d'environ sept (7) jours à compter du tirage au sort susmentionné. Dans les trois (3) jours suivant la date d'envoi, le cachet de la poste ou la date d'expédition de la Notification, le gagnant potentiel doit confirmer la réception de la Notification et renvoyer, conformément aux instructions, chacun des documents énumérés ci-dessous (sauf si le Sponsor en décide autrement) : (a) Un accord de renonciation, de décharge et d’indemnisation, y compris, lorsque la loi le permet, une autorisation de publicité (avant ledit renvoi, à remplir et à signer correctement par le gagnant potentiel) ; (b) l’adresse de livraison du Prix. Lorsque la loi le permet, toutes les informations demandées à un gagnant potentiel par l’Organisateur doivent être fournies de manière précise et lisible. Veuillez noter que des documents supplémentaires peuvent être exigés à la discrétion de l'Organisateur. Le non-respect des exigences du présent paragraphe (ou le renvoi du Prix ou de toute Notification pour cause d'impossibilité de livraison) peut entraîner la disqualification et la perte de tout droit au Prix, auquel cas l'Organisateur pourra sélectionner au hasard un autre participant parmi les participations éligibles restantes, dans la limite des stocks disponibles.
9. VÉRIFICATION DE L'IDENTITÉ DES PARTICIPANTS : En cas de litige concernant l'identité de la personne ayant soumis une participation, celle-ci sera considérée comme ayant été soumise par la personne physique dont le nom figure sur la participation. L'Organisateur peut demander des informations et/ou des documents supplémentaires afin de vérifier l'éligibilité.
10. DÉCHARGE DE RESPONSABILITÉ : En participant au Concours et/ou en acceptant le Prix, le participant/gagnant (ainsi que son invité, le cas échéant) s'engage à défendre, décharger de toute responsabilité, indemniser et dégager de toute responsabilité Facebook, Instagram, le Commanditaire (et, le cas échéant, tout fournisseur d'un service ou d'un produit inclus dans le Prix), sa société mère, ses filiales, ses sociétés affiliées, ses divisions, ses agences de publicité et de promotion, ainsi que les dirigeants, administrateurs, actionnaires, membres, gestionnaires, employés, représentants, agents et toutes les autres personnes associées à l'élaboration et à l'exécution du Concours (collectivement, les « Renonciataires ») contre toute action, réclamation et/ou responsabilité pour blessure, perte ou dommage de quelque nature que ce soit (y compris toute violation ou atteinte à un droit de propriété ou à un droit personnel de toute personne physique ou morale, ainsi que tout préjudice corporel, décès et/ou dommage matériel) résultant en tout ou en partie, directement ou indirectement, de la participation au Concours, et/ou de l’utilisation, de la jouissance, de l’acceptation ou de la possession du Prix, et/ou de la participation à une activité liée au Prix. En participant au Concours et/ou en acceptant le Prix, le participant/gagnant (selon le cas) et son invité (le cas échéant) consentent et accordent à l'Organisateur et à ses représentants, licenciés, cessionnaires, sociétés mères, filiales, sociétés affiliées, divisions, agences de publicité et de promotion (collectivement dénommés les « Licenciés ») : (a) Le droit de photographier/filmer le gagnant (y compris le Prix attribué) ; et (b) Le droit perpétuel d'utiliser, de réutiliser, de publier et d'afficher le nom, l'adresse, les informations du formulaire de participation, les déclarations, citations, opinions, image, portrait, ressemblance, voix, vidéo, photographie(s), informations biographiques, informations relatives au Prix, ainsi que le formulaire de participation/les photographies/vidéos/textes/blogs soumis par le gagnant (en tout ou en partie, tels qu’ils peuvent être adaptés, édités ou modifiés, à la seule discrétion des Titulaires de licence) à des fins publicitaires, commerciales, de promotion et de communication dans tout média connu à ce jour ou découvert ultérieurement, dans le monde entier et sur le World Wide Web, sans examen, notification ni approbation, le tout sans limitation ni contrepartie supplémentaire, sauf si la loi l’interdit. Les participations ne feront l'objet d'aucun accusé de réception et ne seront pas renvoyées.
11. CONDITIONS : Les participants acceptent que, en prenant part au Concours, ils dégagent les Parties exonérées de toute responsabilité concernant : (a) les participations non admissibles en raison d’une perte, d’un retard, d’une illisibilité, d’un dommage, d’un caractère incomplet, d’un vol ou d’une erreur d’acheminement ; (b) toute erreur typographique ou autre erreur humaine ou technique dans l'offre ou l'administration du Concours, y compris, sans s'y limiter, les erreurs dans la publicité, le présent Règlement officiel, la sélection et l'annonce du gagnant, ou la distribution/remise du Prix ; et (c) toute omission, interruption, suppression, défaut, retard, erreur d'acheminement, dommage, défaillance de ligne, blessure, dysfonctionnement technique ou congestion du trafic sur Internet/le réseau téléphonique, ou sur tout site web, ou toute combinaison de ces éléments. Le commanditaire se réserve le droit de modifier le présent règlement officiel à des fins de clarification sans affecter de manière substantielle les conditions générales du concours. Si, de l’avis du commanditaire, il existe des indices laissant soupçonner une altération de toute partie du concours, ou si des difficultés techniques compromettent l’intégrité du concours, le commanditaire se réserve le droit, avec le consentement de la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, de modifier ou de mettre fin au concours de la manière qu’il jugera appropriée, à sa seule discrétion. Le fait de ne pas appliquer une disposition du présent règlement officiel ne constitue pas une renonciation à cette disposition.
12. LITIGES : Vous acceptez que : (i) vous soyez lié par le présent règlement officiel et par les décisions de l'Organisateur ; (ii) le Concours se déroule en anglais (au sens courant du terme) ; (iii) toutes les questions et tous les litiges concernant l'interprétation, la validité, l'interprétation et l'applicabilité du présent règlement officiel, ou les droits et obligations de vous-même et/ou du commanditaire dans le cadre du concours, seront régis par et interprétés conformément aux lois de la province de l'Ontario et aux lois fédérales du Canada qui s'y appliquent ; (iv) tout litige, toute réclamation et toute cause d’action découlant du présent Concours ou du Prix attribué, ou s’y rapportant, sera tranché exclusivement par les tribunaux de la province de l’Ontario ; (v) dans toute la mesure permise par la loi, en participant au Concours, vous acceptez la compétence personnelle de ces tribunaux et renoncez à tout droit de changement de juridiction, de forum non conveniens ou à tout droit similaire ; (vi) votre indemnisation sera limitée aux frais réels engagés pour participer au concours (le cas échéant) et vous renoncez à tout autre dommage-intérêt (y compris, sans s'y limiter, les dommages-intérêts compensatoires, punitifs, consécutifs ou accessoires, ainsi qu'à tout droit de voir les dommages-intérêts multipliés ou augmentés d'une autre manière), ainsi qu'à tout droit au remboursement des honoraires d'avocat. CERTAINES JURIDICTIONS N'AUTORISENT PAS LA LIMITATION OU L'EXCLUSION DE RESPONSABILITÉ POUR LES DOMMAGES ACCESSOIRES OU INDIRECTS ; PAR CONSÉQUENT, LA DERNIÈRE PARTIE DE LA PHRASE PRÉCÉDENTE PEUT NE PAS S'APPLIQUER À VOUS. Nul là où la loi l'interdit ou l'interdit partiellement. Résidents du Québec : Tout litige concernant la conduite ou l'organisation d'un concours publicitaire peut être soumis à la Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux pour décision. Tout litige concernant l'attribution d'un prix peut être soumis à la Régie uniquement dans le but d'aider les parties à parvenir à un règlement.
13. ORGANISATEUR : L'organisateur du concours est Continental Tire Canada, Inc., situé au 1 Robert Speck Parkway, bureau 900, Mississauga (Ontario) L4Z-3M3. Le concours n'est en aucun cas parrainé, approuvé ou géré par Facebook, Instagram ou toute autre plateforme ou tierce partie. Toute question ou réclamation concernant le concours doit être adressée à l'organisateur.
14. LISTE DES GAGNANTS : Les noms des gagnants pourront être obtenus après le 14 avril 2026 en envoyant une enveloppe affranchie et préadressée à : Continental Tire Canada, Inc., 1 Robert Speck Parkway, Suite 900, Mississauga, Ontario, L4Z-3M3, À l'attention de : BRITTANY JENKINS. Les demandes concernant les noms des gagnants doivent être reçues au plus tard le 31 juin 2026.
