To qualify, image must be of pool financed by Lyon Financial and include a holiday theme and people enjoying the pool. Only the loan applicant or a member of the household who is 21 years or older can enter. Winner is determined by the entrant with the most votes. Voting begins on December 11, 2025 at 8:00 am EST and ends on December 22, 2025 at 8:00 am EST. Submissions must be in a photo file format with a total file size of less than 2 MB. Winner will be announced via Facebook. Previous Photo Contest winners are ineligible.

Publicity & Photo Release Acknowledgement:

I hereby authorize Lyon Financial Services, hereafter referred to as the “Company,” to publish photographs taken of my personal property, described as a completed swimming pool, for use in the company’s publications, including those that are printed or published online via social media.  

I have full authorization to consent to publication of these photos. Further, I hereby release and hold harmless the company from any and all liability arising out of the use of the photo I voluntarily produce.  

I further acknowledge that neither I nor any other party who may share ownership of the property described above (whether in the past or future), will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in the company’s publications.  

I hereby release the company, its agents, its employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials from liability for any claims made by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

I hereby grant to the company the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use my name, likeness, and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, digital images, and the like. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such images, likeness, etc.  

I hereby release and discharge the company from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of my likeness, image, and/or appearance, including any and all claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, misappropriation or misuse of image, and/or defamation.
