INTRODUCTION:

The Price Chopper Sweepstakes (“The Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by local participating Price Chopper stores, Price Chopper Enterprises located at 10561 Barkley, Suite 320, Overland Park, KS 66212 and Procter & Gamble (“The Companies”).

ELIGIBILITY:

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in Kansas or Missouri who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Prizes must be picked up in person at InQuest Marketing in Kansas City, MO.

NOT ELIGIBLE:

Employees and agents of Price Chopper Stores, Price Chopper Enterprises, Associated Wholesale Grocers, DGS Foods, InQuest Marketing, Procter & Gamble, prize vendors; Employees and agents of all of the above’s affiliated companies; All of the above’s immediate family members (spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren). By participating in The Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules & Regulations and the decisions of The Company, which are final and binding in all respects. No purchase necessary, void where prohibited. By entering you are providing your information to Price Chopper.

SWEEPSTAKES TIME PERIOD/TERMINATION:

The Sweepstakes starts on June 19, 2019 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time and ends on June 25, 2019 at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Central Time (“The Sweepstakes Period”). The Company reserves the right to end The Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. All entries must be received during The Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win a prize. Price Chopper’s computer is the official timekeeping device for The Sweepstakes.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Enter via this link https://woobox.com/nsb37v. Participants may enter 1 time each day per email address. Bonus entries may be earned by sharing the campaign on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest. Each participant may earn up to 10 bonus entries. No purchase is necessary to participate.

PRIZES AND ODDS:

Odds of winning will depend on the number of participants. All prize winners will be notified via email or phone. The names of the Prize winners may be posted on mypricechopper.com, Facebook or Twitter. At the time of the notification, each of the winners will be required to return a signed Prize Information and Release Form. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes incurred as a result of his or her acceptance of a prize. Prizes are not refundable for cash, not transferable to any other person and may not be substituted for any other prize. If a winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of the drawing date, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Prizes are subject to change and date availability. The Company reserves, at its sole option, the right to alter the prizes throughout the promotional period.

PRIZE:

Twenty-five (25) winners will coupon vouchers for nine (9) Tide Pods 42 count, four (4) Downy 90 use, four (4) Bounce 120 count, and ten (10) Downy Unstoppables Fresh Scent.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER:

Winners will be selected at random. Winners will be notified after June 26, 2019. There will be twenty-five (25) winner. Winners will be notified via information submitted at link above. Winners must be able to pick up their prizes in person at InQuest Marketing, 9100 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64114. If winner is not able to do so before July 31, 2019 their prize will be forfeited. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize or service. The names of the Prize winners may be posted on mypricechopper.com or on our official social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. At the time of the notification, the winner will be required to complete and return a signed Prize Information and Release Form. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes incurred as a result of his or her acceptance of a prize (including income and withholding taxes).

GENERAL:

The Company reserves the right to change, alter, or modify the Official Rules and Regulations at any time with notice. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the operation of The Sweepstakes. The Company shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to The Sweepstakes and its Official Rules and Regulations. The decisions of The Company are final and binding in all respects. Any change in the rules will be posted at mypricechopper.com or on our official social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. All entries shall become the sole property of The Company.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from any materials. The Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retail members, shareholders and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and/or agents reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend The Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or if for any other reason the Internet portion of The Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infections by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Company or its consulting agencies which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, functioning or proper conduct of this promotion.
