Fountaindale Public Library District's "Kindness Day 2019" Submission Form

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Sponsor and Term: Fountaindale Public Library District, 300 W. Briarcliff Road, Illinois (Sponsor), is sponsoring the “Kindness Day 2019” submission form beginning May 11, 2019. This is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the submission form or modify these Submission Rules at its discretion. 

Who May Enter: This submission form is open to anyone who is a resident of any state of the United States or the District of Columbia. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to these Submission Rules.

How to Enter: Please submit a video of yourself sharing words of kindness about someone you know, or to thank someone who was kind to you. The video submitted must not be indecent or obscene or contain material of an inappropriate nature or be in violation of any law or regulation. Sponsor is not responsible for problems sending/uploading your video, or technical or atmospheric conditions that disrupt the completion of the submission, or any other problems which might or might not result from this submission. We do not accept videos submitted through the U.S mail or express delivery. Files must be an acceptable format as determined by the Woobox platform. Sponsor in its discretion will determine if any entry does not comply with these Submission Rules and any non-conforming submission will be disregarded. Sponsor will not acknowledge receipt of any submission. An entrant's non-receipt of a message from Sponsor for any reason shall be entrant's, and not Sponsor’s fault. Similarly, Sponsor shall not be held liable if Sponsor is not able to view an entrant's submission for any reason. 

All entrants represent that they have necessary legal rights to submit the video submitted and that their submission does not violate any copyright or other legal rights of any person. Entrants retain the rights to their media; however, by submitting to this form, entrant grants Sponsor a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to publicly display, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works of the entry, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or later developed, for any Sponsor purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising and promotion of Sponsor and its website, exhibition and commercial products, including but not limited to Sponsor publications. Sponsor will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
