To enter photos, you must be a US resident (preferably of the Chesapeake Bay region) over the age of 18.  No purchase necessary. The entered photo must, obviously, be on or near a powerboat. There will be only one Grand Prize available to be won, which consists of your photo appearing on the cover of the August issue of PropTalk Magazine. 

Rules and Regulations
Following the submission deadline, PropTalk Magazine will have to disqualify any photos that do not meet our printing and/or submission requirements and then notify contestants that public voting has begun. The photo receiving the most votes in PropTalk Magazine's August Cover Contest will appear on the cover of an upcoming issue of PropTalk Magazine. Photos resulting from this shoot will be selected at PropTalk Magazine’s sole discretion to appear in PropTalk Magazine and on proptalk.com. All photos will be chosen solely at PropTalk Magazine's discretion. You may only enter one photo and are encouraged to promote voting for your photo through various streams, including word of mouth, email, blogging, and social networking (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). Show your support of your favorite image by sharing their photo entries through social media. All photos entered in this photo contest regardless of number of votes have a chance to appear in PropTalk Magazine. Photo selection for inclusion in the magazine is solely at the discretion of PropTalk Magazine. PropTalk Magazine reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgment, winner eligibility. Any participant that has won a previous PropTalk Cover Contest cannot win a second time. PropTalk Magazine also reserves the right to disqualify any entry at PropTalk Magazine's discretion. PropTalk reserves the right to disqualify any image for low resolution, incorrect orientation, and/or inappropriate content. PropTalk Magazine reserves the right to change these contest rules at any time. Inappropriate photos and comments will be deleted. Unverified emails will NOT be counted towards the total vote. Good luck!

Assignment of Rights
By submitting photographic images to PropTalk Magazine, you grant PropTalk Magazine a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to those photographic images at its sole discretion, including storing it on PropTalk Magazine servers and incorporating it in other works in any media now known or later developed including, without limitation, published books. If you do not wish to grant PropTalk Magazine these rights, it is suggested that you do not submit photographic images. PropTalk Magazine reserves the right to select, edit, and arrange submissions, and to remove images from the PropTalk Magazine website at any time at its sole discretion.
