Contest Rules

  1. Entrants must fully fill out the entry form
  2. Competition opens from 8am on Friday 19th December
  3. Competition closes on Thursday 25th November at 5pm
  4. Winner will be announced 8:30pm following day
  5. By entering the competition you grant BDH permission to use photos for use on Social Media and other Digital Platforms.
  6. Judging takes place using the gallery of entries
  7. The winner will be announced on social media
  8. Prize will be sent out by Birmingham Dogs Home

  4. Yale will supply prize and BDH will send out
  5. The Competition is to be promoted across the Birmingham Dogs Home social media platforms, where supporters can enter their images on the official link provided on their website and social media platforms

  6. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, you, the supporter, agrees to comply with the policies of Facebook when you enter the competition https://www.facebook.com/help.
  7. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions by submitting an entry for the Competition.
  8. Birmingham Dogs Home reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any point, and amend the Terms and Conditions, whilst posting any updates with immediate effect on our official website and social media channels. All entrants would be notified accordingly.

2.Fun Dog Show Entry Rules

  1. Winners will be announced 24 hours after entries close and after the judge(s) have chosen the winners. Winners will be announced on all Birmingham Dogs Home social media platforms.
  2. Supporters can enter by submitting a clear image or video of their dog
  3. Supporters may enter multiple giveaways
  4. Birmingham Dogs Home cannot accept responsibility for any entries not received or not being able to upload to Facebook.
  5. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years and over.
  6. Birmingham Dogs Home reserves the right to disqualify any entrants from the competition at any point during the competition.
  7. Birmingham Dogs Home's decision is final.
  8. All entrants must comply with the Birmingham Dogs Home Terms and Conditions.
  9. Any feedback and enquiries can be emailed to fundraising@birminghamdogshome.org.uk.

3. Prizes and Winners

  1. Winners will be notified via email, and you will have your name and image announced on the Birmingham Dogs Home social media platforms.
  2. You must provide your address by replying to our email.
  3. There will be no cash alternative for the prize.
