How to Enter*:

1. Fill out the contest entry form completely.
2. REQUIRED: TAG a PHOTO or VIDEO of you enjoying your results on one of the social media platforms listed below. (See the important notes section below!)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Your photo/video can show images of you before and after your LJCSC transformation, OR just after!
• Share which LJCSC plastic surgeon did your procedure (and tag them if/when possible).
• Feel free to share how you feel about your results and/or why you chose to have the procedure.
• Your post and/or account must be set to public, or we won’t be able to see your photo or video, and we can't consider your entry valid.
