MUST BE 21 years or older and a Kansas or Missouri resident to enter. Registration is open from NOW until 1/1/2026 8 am. Rides Valid December 31, 2025, 8:00 PM CST – January 1, 2026 8:00 AM. By participating in the program entrants agree that (1) DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers does not control Uber or their drivers. (2) DeVaughn James shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or liability of whatsoever nature arising from the use of or while waiting for Uber services. (3) Message and data rates may apply. All federal, state, and local laws apply. DeVaughn James Injury Lawyers giveaways, contests, and promotions are not solicitations for referrals or any legal services. DeVaughn James is not seeking through this program any referral or recommendation of its services.
