Mega Millions® Mondays Promotion

1. GENERAL
   1. These Official Rules (“Rules”) are issued by the Connecticut Lottery Corporation (“CLC”) in connection with an iLottery promotion called “Mega Millions® Mondays” (hereinafter, “Promotion”). The Promotion described herein is governed by these Rules and the iLottery Program Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms”). All capitalized terms used in these Rules and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given to such terms in the iLottery Program Terms and Conditions. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to abide by the Terms, and understand that the results of each Promotion, as determined by CLC, are final in all respects.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
   1. The Promotion will take place each Monday in the month of August. There will be a total of four (4) Promotion Periods as follows:
      1. Monday, August 04, 2025, from 12:00:00 AM ET until 11:59:59 ET;
      2. Monday, August 11, 2025, from 12:00:00 AM ET until 11:59:59 ET;
      3. Monday, August 18, 2025, from 12:00:00 AM ET until 11:59:59 ET; and
      4. Monday, August 25, 2025, 12:00:00 AM ET until 11:59:59 ET (each individually a “Promotion Period”).
   2. The database clock for the Connecticut iLottery Program, whether accessed via computer or mobile device at www.ctilottery.org or via a mobile application or any other technology (collectively, the "Services") will be the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. The CLC reserves the right to change the dates of the Promotion.
3. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
   1. Players who purchase $10 or more of Mega Millions® wagers on a single ticket through their iLottery account during the applicable Promotion Period will be awarded $2.00 in Bonus Money (“Award”).
4. ELIGIBILITY
   1. The Promotion is only open to individuals over eighteen (18) years of age who have a valid account, are physically present within the boundaries of Connecticut during the applicable Promotion Period, and are otherwise in compliance with the iLottery Program Terms and Conditions, these Rules, and all applicable law. To register for an account, visit https://ctilottery.org.
5. ACTION REQUIRED/CLAIMING PROMOTIONAL OFFER
   1. In order to claim this promotional offer and receive the Award, a player must purchase $10 or more of Mega Millions wagers on a single ticket through their iLottery account during a Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”). No specific opt-in or promo code is required; however, player must have consented to receive rewards in their account settings.
   2. Once Qualifying Purchase is complete, Award will be automatically issued to the player’s account and will appear in ‘My Bonuses’.
   3. Limit one Award per transaction. A player may claim a maximum of one (1) Award per Promotion Period.
6. ADDITIONAL TERMS
   1. Bonus Money has no cash value and can only be redeemed for iLottery games purchased via the Services. Bonus Money cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed for cash or for retail lottery purchases.
   2. Awards received from this Promotion will expire three (3) days after issuance.
   3. CLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion or to exclude anyone from participating in the Promotion, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
   4. CLC reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, computer programming or operator errors, including without limitation computer errors that erroneously award prizes.
   5. All Promotion participant information is collected and used by CLC in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
   6. This Promotion is only available through the Services.
   7. Any disputes concerning this Promotion are subject to the dispute resolution procedures described in the iLottery Program Terms and Conditions. 
   8. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
